Job description • As a member of the international AniCura M&A team you will work in a fast pace environment near the company's management. In this role you are an integral part of the team and will focus on analysis, modeling, due diligence, and the production of materials in connection with acquisitions. • As AniCura is a very transaction-intensive company, you get unrivaled experience of a large number of transactions and insight throughout the entire transaction process. • You will work closely with the M&A Manager situated in Munich and focus on DACH area, but also have regular interactions with the European team • Location is Munich, . Some travel might be required. • Position requires availability of at least 20 hours per week and payment is competitive

Qualifications • You are studying business preferably with a focus on finance or accounting and have an interest in M&A, Private Equity and/or investment banking • You are fluent in German and English • You have developed Excel skills • You are driven, detail oriented, emphatic, and have an excellent business acumen. You also enjoy dealing with people • At least one internship within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate M&A, Transaction Services
