The highest bidder / successful purchaser will have no right on the said property. 12) The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the same day, ie after conclusion of sale subject to a maximum of seven days. The EMD will not carry any interest. 13) The sale certificate will be issued in favour of the purchaser (as per Bid form) only, after payment of entire sale price amount. 14) The property will be sold in "AS IS WHERE IS AND AS IS WHAT IS CONDITION" and the intending bidders should make discreet enquiries as regards any claim/court case/ litigation, charges on the property of any authority besides the Bank's charges and should satisfy themselves about the title, extent, quality and quantity of the property before submitting the bids.
