The Grow Project is celebrating its 5th birthday this year. Grow is a charity seeking to improve people’s wellbeing by helping them to connect with beautiful Sussex countryside. Conservation work, nature connection techniques, green woodworking and mindfulness are amongst the activities on offer. The atmosphere is welcoming, non-judgemental and supportive. If anxiety or social isolation are preventing you from experiencing the healing affects of being out in nature, then this might be the course for you. It’s completely free, including a light lunch and transport from central Brighton.

Grow will be recruiting from early February for the next 8-week season which will run every Thursday from 3rd March to 21st April 2016.
