The Strategic Partnership (SP) "Towards a Worldwide Influencing Network" is a Lobby and Advocacy Related 8 programme with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The programme enables global and local influencing work on three thematic areas: 1) Right to Food; 2) Greater Responsibility in Finance for Development; 3) Conflict and Fragility. The ambition of the SP is to achieve policy changes by governments and the private sector to the benefit of groups facing poverty and injustice, and to ID Projects strengthen civil society#s capacity to demand for such change. The SP is implemented over a period of A- CO-C&F Program Facilitation & 5 years by an Alliance consisting of Oxfam Novib and SOMO. 04861- Cap Bldg 02

Project: Yesh Din - Conflict & Fragility A- BIMKOM - Conflict & Fragility 04861- Yesh Din- Volunteers for Human Rights will contribute to targeted outcome of the project: international 03 community holds the PA andIsrael accountable and advocates for meaningful inclusion, and protection, of women in gender sensitive peace and securityprocesses. The focus of the intervention will on A- Gisha - Conflict & Fragility carrying out awareness raising, training, and documentation on the implications of settler violence and 04861- land related offences on Palestinian communities in the (particularly Area C) and East 04 Jerusalem with a focus on women. Yesh Din will provide direct support to Palestinian civilians at risk and address the lack of law enforcement through its tried and tested methodology, combining field, research and advocacy work, while focusing on gender-specific aspects of settler violence .In addition, A- Yesh Din - Conflict & Fragility the organization will produce and distribute information packages and data sheets on the impact of 04861- gender specific impact of settler violence on Palestinian communities to expose the links between the 05 failureof law enforcement and dispossession/displacement of . These efforts will be combined with strong local and international advocacy at EU and local level. A- HaMoked - Conflict & Fragility 04861- 06

Actor: Yesh Din Volunteers for Human Right A- CFTA - Conflict & Fragility 04861- Yesh Din (YD) is a rather new human rights organisation founded in 2005 seeking to combine the best 07 features of different models ofhuman rights activism in (grassroots activism, professionalism, documentation, linking individual cases with structural policy changes) and thus overcome the movement's weaknesses. YD has no office. It relies on the commitment of its 33 volunteers, but A- WCLAC - Conflict & Fragility hasthree paid staff members: a liaison officer for the hotline, a volunteer co-ordinator and an activities 04861- coordinator. 08 Yesh Din main aim is policy change. It has three main projects: Law enforcement on Settler Violence; IDF Criminal Accountability (or Investigationof Personnel; and Settlement Policy A- MIFTAH - Conflict & Fragility Judicial Advocacy. 04861- 09
