2 Order Season Tickets by July 7! You’re gonna love this season—don’t miss a minute of it! The Robber Bridegroom Book & Lyrics by Alfred Uhry, Music by Robert Waldman ~ August 24-26, 2017 Based on a short story by beloved Mississippi writer Eudora Welty, this Southern-fried Robin Hood tale of Jamie Lock- hart is sure to steal your heart. Wildly creative and deliciously entertaining, The Robber Bridegroom is filled with rau- cous comic performances and features an irresistibly catchy bluegrass score. The Best Christmas Pageant Ever By Barbara Robinson ~ December 7-9, 2017 In this hilarious Christmas classic, a couple struggling to put on a church Christmas pageant is faced with casting the Herdman siblings – possibly the most inventively awful kids in history. You won't believe the mayhem and the fun when the Herdmans' chaos collides with the love of the Christmas story head on! Last Train to Nibroc By Arlene Hutton ~ January 25-27, 2018 Set in 1940, Last Train to Nibroc is a funny and touching portrait of the search for happiness. This simply staged ro- mance tells the story of May and Raleigh, two young people on a cross-country train trip who discover they are from neighboring towns. Raleigh is headed to New York to be a writer, but love blooms and complications abound when he follows his heart – and May – to Kentucky instead. Blithe Spirit By Noel Coward ~ March 8-10, 2018 This smash comedy hit offers up fussy, cantankerous novelist Charles Condomine, re-married but haunted (literally) by the ghost of his late first wife. A visiting “happy medium” Madame Arcati calls up the late, clever, and insistent Elvira. As worldly and otherworldly personalities clash, Charles' current wife Ruth also dies and passes over to join Elvira. The two "blithe spirits" then lovingly haunt Charles into perpetuity. Phantom of the Opera Book & Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lyrics by Richard Stilgoe & Charles Hart ~ April 26-28, 2018 A mysteriously disfigured musical genius lives beneath the plush, opulent Opera House and falls in love from the shadows with Christine. The beautiful young soprano with a devastatingly mesmerizing voice becomes his obsession! This juggernaut based on the novel by Gaston Leroux is one of the longest-running musicals in the his- tory of Broadway with some of the most beloved melodies ever staged.
