Coleman, OK 73432 (580) 937-4692 (580) 937-4517 Fax Please Bring This Catalog To the Sale With You Supply Is Limited HORSES OF INTEREST Hip# Stall Comments ABOUT THE CATALOG Pedigree and racing information contained in this catalog is, by its nature, based on dated material and is subject to change on a daily basis. Research materials for this catalog were provided by the American Quarter Horse Association and/or the Jockey Club Information Service as of September 1, 2015 and includes racing results and performance information on file as of that date. In some cases, races run immediately preceding the above date are not included due to the normal data processing time interval. Due to the limitation of time and space, the information contained on the catalog page regarding any individual is merely a synopsis of that animal’s pedigree, family, and race record, and is presented herein based on traditional cataloging standards as representational of that individual. In addition, this catalog includes some information not normally provided under traditional cataloging standards for Quarter Horses, as well as performance of thoroughbreds that is at variance with the cataloging standards approved by the North American Subcommittee of the International Cataloging Standards Committee. These additions, illuminations, and variations include: ABOUT THE CATALOG 1. Stakes Qualifying: Horses that are finalist in Graded Stakes Races as designated by the American Quarter Horse Association but failed to finish first, second or third are, when space permits, noted so with reference to the name and grade of the stakes race, in the form of (Fnl All American F.-G1), if a horse qualified for a stakes race, but was unable to compete in the finals for what ever reason, will be noted so as (Qlf. All American F.-G1). 2. Thoroughbred Black Type: Stakes races run after January 1, 1986 with added-money of less than $15,000 are not granted “black-type” in those Thoroughbred catalogs conforming the rules of the International Cataloging Standards Committee. That value was raised to $20,000 on January 1, 1989, and to $25,000 on January 1, 1990. In 1985 only, those races were designated with an “-N” following the race name. For the purposes of this Quarter Horse catalog, however, Thoroughbred that finished first, second or third in a stakes race, regardless of the added-money value, have been granted black-type. Races with a value of more than $50,000- added are designated “-L”, while raced with an added-money value of from $15,000 to $50,000 are designated “-O”. The “-O” designation was dropped after 1985. 3. Graded Stakes: The American Quarter Horse Association has since 1982 granted a small number of the most prestigious and valuable races the designation Graded Stakes Race, and appended the appropriate notion to the name of the race. The highest level of Graded Stakes Race is signified by “-G1” following the race name, the second level “-G2”, and the third level “-G3”. Grading of races was not retroactive, therefore no such designation appears on those races prior to 1982. 4. Restricted Races: Stakes races restricted to runners defined by the conditions of the race (i.e. state-bred races, stallion progeny races, races sponsored by auction companies) are designated by the American Quarter Horse Association and The Jockey Club with an “-R” following the race name. ABOUT THE CATALOG 5. Track Records: Horses that have established a new track or course record, or equaled an existing track or course record, have the notation Ntr (New Track Record), Ncr (New Course Record), Etr (Equaled Track Record), or Ecr (Equaled Course Record), followed by in most cases the three-letter designation for the race track and the distance. Course records refer to turf courses. Information as to races, race results and/or earnings by Quarter Horses was obtained from result charts published by the Racing Department of the American Quarter Horse Association, copyright owner of said charts. Information as to races, race results and/or earnings by Thoroughbred horses was obtained from results charts published by The Daily Racing Form, copyright the American Quarter Horse Association and The Jockey Club. Any reproduction thereof is prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright holders. While information contained herein is believed to be accurate and every effort is made by all parties to assure accuracy, errors can and sometimes do occur. Neither the American Quarter Horse Association, The Jockey Club, The Daily Racing Form, nor the compilers of this catalog will be responsible for any error, should it occur. Information as to engagements and/or eligibility to any program is provided by the consignors or their agents. It is included without verification, for information only. CONDITIONS OF SALE CONDITION FIRST: The horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Louisiana. CONDITION SECOND: There shall be no upset price on the animals entering the sale ring. If an opening bid on any animal is not immediately forthcoming to the auctioneer’s call, it shall be passed out of the ring as unsold. The right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this state. CONDITION THIRD: The highest bidder is to be the buyer, and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the horse in dispute shall be immediately put up again for advance bids. If there be no advance, then the horse shall go to the person from whom the auctioneer recognized the last bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. CONDITION FOURTH: Horses will be held at buyers’ risk and expense from time of sale. No delivery will be made until final settlement. All horses purchased shall be subject to stable charges for each day or fraction thereof from twelve o’clock noon of the day following sale. CONDITION FIFTH: PAY CASHIER IN ALL CASES. In no case shall any part of purchase money be paid by the buyer to consignor, as such payment will not be regarded as valid or entitle buyer to delivery of the horse. On final payment for a horse, the cashier of the undersigned will issue an order, which must be presented by the buyer to the stable manager for its delivery. Buyers are cautioned not to lose these orders. CONDITION SIXTH: Terms of sale are CASH or APPROVED CHECKS, and payment in full MUST BE MADE TO THE CASHIER IMMEDIATELY AFTER SALE, subject to CONDITIONS SEVENTH, EIGHTH, NINTH, AND FOURTEENTH. CONDITIONS OF SALE CONDITION SEVENTH: Upon failure of any buyer to comply with these conditions, any money deposited by him in part payment shall be forfeited to consignor, the latter paying there from all proper expenses; and all lots not cleared as aforesaid may, without notice, be resold at public or private sale, and the deficiency, if any, as well as the expense of such resale, shall be made good immediately by the defaulter at this side. CONDITION EIGHTH: If any person shall purchase a horse and fail to pay for it within the time limited by Condition Sixth, nothing contained in CONDITION SEVENTH shall prevent the auctioneer or the consignor from compelling such person to pay for it if the auctioneer or the consignor sees fit. CONDITION NINTH: Quarter Horse registration papers will be forwarded to the A.Q.H.A. as soon as purchase price has been paid in full. CONDITION TENTH: Unless otherwise expressly announced at the time of sale, there is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any animal sold in this sale, except that animals which are unsound or “cribbers” must be so announced at the time of sale.

Unsung Heroes was born out of the experiences of veteran Richard Casper whose moving story led him to dedicate his life to helping other wounded veterans through the healing power of music through an organization he co-founded, (www.creativets.org). Working together, an American veteran and an APM songwriter write a song inspired by the veteran’s wartime experience and they share songwriting credit and reve- nues from licensing of their music by APM. This first release includes nine powerful songs with both vocal and non-vocal versions. We hope you will be inspired to find a place for these songs in your productions. • Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-160
Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-160 PDF version Ottawa, 7 March 2011 Complaint regarding the broadcast of Bully Beatdown on MTV Canada The Commission finds that the licensee of MTV Canada did not breach the Canadian Association of Broadcasters’ Violence Code by broadcasting the episode of Bully Beatdown in question, and that there is no evidence that this episode should be broadcast only after the watershed hour of 9 p.m. Background 1. In a letter dated 29 April 2009, the Commission received a complaint concerning the program Bully Beatdown, which was broadcast by the specialty service MTV Canada. Since the licensee, MTV (Canada), is a member of the Canadian Broadcasting Standards Council (CBSC), the Commission, in accordance with its usual practice, referred the complaint to the CBSC. 2. On 21 July 2010, the CBSC issued Decision 08/09-1667, decided 1 April 2010 (the CBSC Decision), in which it set out its determinations on the complaint in question. 3. On 22 July 2010, the complainant requested that the Commission review the CBSC Decision. The program 4. Bully Beatdown is a reality program. It is premised on allowing victims of bullying to confront their bullies in a controlled environment. From video submissions provided by bullying victims, a bully is selected and offered the chance to go into the ring and fight a trained Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter. The bully consents to take part, receives training, follows MMA rules, wears protective gear and is offered the chance at a $10,000 cash prize. If the bully wins the fight, he or she receives the cash prize.

Seiken Tsukai no World Break Volume 2 Author: Akamitsu Awamura Illustration: refeia Translation: MPT Prologue There exists a Demonic Sword that can only be made manifest by the ‘Man-eater’. There exists an instantaneous transportation technique that can only be used by the ‘Witch of Gates’. Each equally characteristic wildcards. As a general name, the White Knight Order calls them thus — The utterly unique, Origins. 7 | P a g e Haimura Moroha saw a dream of a past life. Outside the window, a blizzard raged. The sky hadn’t been clear in this area for a year. It was as though it had been plunged into a perpetual, freezing hell. In these barren wastes, stood Moroha’s castle. The cold sank deeply into the stone rooms. In this atmosphere, even the fire in the hearth was feeble, and the crackling of the firewood seemed lonely. It seemed as if even the carpet had frozen and it was no different from a stone floor. The cold was like needles, continually piercing the skin. That torture chamber like room was Moroha’s office. With no hope of birdsong, he listened to the empty howling of the blizzard. The breath he exhaled was a pure white. Sat in an office chair, chilled like a casket, Moroha was reading ancient documents. In today’s dream, he was not alone. “I’m cold.” From his legs, a woman’s voice sounded. It was sweet like honey, and tickled the ears like a feather, it was an alluring voice. It was that of a woman with long black hair, sprawled coquettishly into his lap.

From generation to generation, Ben Stiller has kept fans rolling with laughter since bursting onto the scene in Reality Bites and his early film roles and cult classics such as There's Something About Mary, Meet the Parents, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, Tropic Thunder and now this summer's eagerly anticipated Night at the Museum: Battle at the Smithsonian in theaters May 22, 2009. The "MTV Generation Award" is the MTV Movie Awards' highest honor, acknowledging an actor who has captured the attention of the MTV audience throughout his or her career. Past recipients include Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Tom Cruise and Jim Carrey. Hosted by Andy Samberg, the 2009 MTV Movie Awards will be broadcast LIVE from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, CA on Sunday, May 31st at 9p.m. ET/8p.m. CT. Whether it's fighting a monkey in a museum or licking a decapitated head, nothing is ever off-limits for him and that's the type of warped creative vision and commitment MTV loves to reward." "I am honored to be getting the 'Generation Award,'" said Ben Stiller.
