A Final Word...

Much is debated about the differences between Assault rifles/Assault weapons and well, everything that has to do with the topic. Depending on who you talk to, the preceding terms can(and will) be argued. HOWEVER, generally in a court environment you will hear all of the above terms referenced in normal court operations. With the "what is an assault rifle/weapon" debate raging around us, this tends to be a "touchy" subject. Be assured though, that the terms listed are generally accepted in our court environments, and if argued, are usually done so in a political arena!
