Fresh /Limeade or Lemon/ Soda

TIP: These directions show how to make either lemon or limeade or lemon or lime soda. Actually, I like using a combination of lemon and lime whether I’m making the with water or soda water. No matter how you have it, these are fantastically “WAH!” refreshing as well as a much more flavorful and nutritious alternative to either bottled or processed ready to make summer dinks.

Ingredients (for 1 tall glass)

2 1/2 Ounces Lemon or Lime Juice (which should mean using 2 or 2 limes or a combination of 1 lemon or 1 lime) 2 Tablespoons Sugar Cold Water or Soda Water Ice

Juicer Measuring Cup Tall Glass (yah, you bet – this one’s frosted, right out of the freezer!) Tablespoon Sharp Knife Cutting Board 2 1. Use the sharp knife to cut the lemons, limes or 4. Pour the juice & sugar mixture into a tall both a lemon and a lime in half. 5. Add enough water for or limeade (1) or soda water for lemon or lime soda (2) to fill the glass most of the way full. Make sure to leave about an inch of free space at the top of the glass as shown in (3) to stir the drink comfortably. 2. Squeeze the juice into a measuring cup (1) so that you get about 2 ½ ounces of juice (2) – 1 it doesn’t have to be exact. And, if you don’t have a measuring cup, no problem, just squeeze the juice either into the glass you’ll use to have the drink or into a smaller cup or glass.

3. Add 2 tablespoons sugar to the juice (1) and stir 6. Stir the drink (1), and top off the glass with more until the sugar dissolves completely (2). ice (2).
