Expedited hearing of Criminal Appeals filed by convicts in custody As directed by the Hon’ble Chief Justice, the roster of sitting of Hon’ble Judges effective from 12th January, 2016 shall stand modified with effect from 16th May, 2016 as under: 1. The Hon’ble Judges forming part of DB-III comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice Pradeep Nandrajog and Hon’ble Ms. Justice Mukta Gupta shall sit singly after finishing their admission matters and after notice misc. matters and take up hearing of criminal appeals listed before them. 2. The Hon’ble Judges forming part of DB-IX comprising Hon’ble Ms. Justice Hima Kohli and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sunil Gaur shall sit singly after lunch and take up hearing of criminal appeals listed before them. 3. The Hon’ble Judges namely Hon’ble Mr. Justice Siddharth Mridul, Hon’ble Ms. Justice Pratibha Rani, Hon’ble Mr. Justice S. P. Garg, Hon’ble Ms. Justice Sunita Gupta and Hon’ble Mr. Justice P.S. Teji, who are sitting singly on the criminal side shall take up criminal appeals filed by convicts, as listed before the said Hon’ble Judges. This order shall remain in force till further orders. URGENT NOTICE Reg. : D estruction of Unclaimed Certified Copies prepared till 31 s t D ecember, 2015 and Application for Supply of Certified Copies (Under Objection) u pto 31 s t D ecember, 2015. Advocates/Litigants are requested to kindly contact the Certified Copy Counter (Original) at the Filing Counter on any working day (during working hours i.e. 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM & 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM) to collect the certified copies prepared till 31st December, 2015 lying ready for de­ livery pursuant to the applications made upto 31st December, 2015. However, the said certified copies if not collected by 13th May, 2016, would be destroyed in the month of June, 2016, without any further notice and the amount deposited for such attested copy shall stand forfeited in view of Rule 10A added in Chapter 5, High Court Rules & Orders Vol.-V, published in the Delhi Gazette on 01.09.2009 and as per the receipt issued for supply of Certified Copy, which contains a note that “in case the attested copy is not collected within 120 days from the date of its preparation, it will be destroyed and the amount deposited for such attested copy shall stand forfeited“. The Advocates/Litigants are further requested to contact Administrative Officer (Judicial), Original Side, A-Block, Ground Floor of the High Court of Delhi on any working day (during work­ ing hours i.e. 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM & 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM) to collect the applications made for sup­ ply of certified copies till 31st December, 2015, which are lying under objection. However, the said applications, if not collected for removal of objections, by 13th May, 2016 would also be destroyed in the month of June, 2016 and the amount deposited for such attested copy shall stand forfeited.
