  • Dynamical System Analysis of Logotropic Dark Fluid with a Power
Dynamical system analysis of logotropic dark fluid with a power law in the rest-mass energy density Goutam Mandala,1 Sujay Kr. Biswasb,2 Subhajit Sahac,3 and Abdulla Al Mamond4 1Department of Mathematics, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College, Rahara, Kolkata-700 118, West Bengal, India 2Department of Mathematics, University of North Bengal, Raja Rammohunpur, Darjeeling 734013, West Bengal, India 3Department of Mathematics, Panihati Mahavidyalaya, Kolkata 700110, West Bengal, India 4Department of Physics, Vivekananda Satavarshiki Mahavidyalaya (affiliated to the Vidyasagar University), Manikpara-721513, West Bengal, India. We consider a spatially flat FLRW universe. We assume that it is filled with dark energy in the form of logotropic dark fluid coupled with dark matter in the form of a perfect fluid having a barotropic equation of state. We employ dynamical system tools to obtain a complete qualitative idea of the evolution of such a universe. It is interesting to note that we ought to consider an approximation for the pressure of the logotropic dark fluid in the form of an infinite series so as to be able to construct the autonomous system required for a dynamical system study. This series form provides us with a power law in the rest-mass energy density of the logotropic dark fluid. We compute the critical points of the autonomous system and analyze these critical points by applying linear stability theory. Our analysis reveal a scenario of late-time accelerated universe dominated by the logotropic fluid which behaves as cosmological constant, preceded by an intermediate phase of the Universe dominated by logotropic fluid which behaves as dark matter in the form of perfect fluid.

  • Sree Chaitanya College Habra Prospectus 2018-19
SREE CHAITANYA COLLEGE HABRA PROSPECTUS 2018-19 Undergraduate Courses 1 Message from the Principal’s Desk “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” (Nelson Mandela) Dear students, It gives me immense pleasure to welcome all students of Undergraduate courses to academic session 2018-19. Sree Chaitanya College, Habra is not only devoted to excellence in teaching, learning and research but also relentlessly trying to push the boundaries of knowledge. For us knowledge is not mere information but wisdom to equip life with tools to face challenges of future. In this era of cut throat competition, it is of paramount importance to be equipped with appropriate knowledge, habits, attitudes and values leading to holistic development. Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities organised by various clubs and societies facilitate the process of creative and critical thinking. They not only inculcate social and moral values, compassion for nature, pride for Indian culture and tradition and awareness for one’s rights and duties but also make students good human beings and confident leaders. I intently believe that you would develop versatile personality during your stay in this temple of learning. I feel proud to acknowledge the contribution of highly qualified, dynamic and multi-talented faculty, non teaching staff and my students for this. We have to continue to move ahead for producing and maintaining the best. Our teachers work hard throughout the year with the students to provide them high quality educational experience in the form of debates, group discussions, workshops, symposia, seminars and cultural competitions. Eminent personalities are invited from all walks of life to address our students and expose them to new ideas and thoughts.

IOSR Journal of Humanities And Social Science (IOSR-JHSS) Volume 26, Issue 4, Series 10 (April. 2021) 01-10 e-ISSN: 2279-0837, p-ISSN: 2279-0845. www.iosrjournals.org An Overview of problems due to rapid urbanisation in Panihati Municipal Area: an approach through Geospatial process and Weighted Score Technique Suhel Sen1, Sandipa Bhattacharjee2 1(Department of Geography, Vivekananda College, Madhyamgram, India). 2(Department of Geography, Bhairab Ganguly College, Belgharia, India). Abstract: Background: Urbanisation has turned out to be one of the major symbols of development. In India, urbanisation gained momentum since Independence. Proportion of population living in the urban areas of India has undergone significant rise from 11.4% in 1901 to 31.16% in 2011. Although urbanisation brings about large-scale economic transformation providing people with innumerable services and amenities, it also imparts a significant effect on the physical environment and on the life of the city dwellers. Urbanisation at an accelerated pace not only brings about degradation of vegetation health and amount and triggers the event of urban heat island but also it increases the intensity of problems faced by urban dwellers in their daily life. Panihati Municipal Area is also not an exception. An attempt has been made in this paper to analyse the effect of urbanisation on the vegetation health and urban heat island scenario of Panihati Municipal Area and also make a detailed study of the urban problems faced by the people of Panihati Municipality in their daily lives. Materials and Methods: In order to accomplish the task, the researchers have generated primary data by conducting a field survey.
