ORDER No: A2IZS8B/20L6 DATED: 22 / oG/20L7 The under mentioned PD Teacher is provisionally promoted as primary Headmaster in the Scale of Pay of L8740-33580(pre revised scale) and posted to the school noted against her names with immediate effect. The promotion now ordered is purely provisional under Rule 9A(i) of General Rules and subject to review rate r, if f ound necessary. The promotee should be relieved with direction to report for duty at the new station on or before 06/07 /20t7. Before reliving the promotee, the Heads of School concerned should satisfy the date of Birth, eualification, etc. of the promotee and they should satisfy themselves that the promotee possess necessary qualification to be promoted to the category of Primary Headmaster. The Head of School should noted that teacher having LTTC not be considered for promotion as Headmaster.

lf the teacher promoted primary as Headmaster is found not qualified for promotion or promoted earlier or rendered permanent relinquishment, they need not be relieved and the fact shourd be reported forthwith. Name schools of in which the promoted teachers working at present, noted, may not be correct. ln such cases, the Heads of schools should extent this order to the transferred school under intimation to this office. lf there is any doubt, the promotees need not be relieved and the fact should be reported. lf any promote is not willing to accept the promotion a relinquishment in the prescribed form should be obtained f rom the teacher and forwarded to the undersigned duly countersigned by the Headmaster on or before 06/07 /ZOLI . Copy of the relinquishment duly countersigned by the Headmaster should be pasted in the service Book of the concerned teachers with necessary entries in the service Book under proper attestation. lf the relinquishment is not received and the promotee has joined not duty in the stipulated time, the promotion will be cancelled without further notice. -:2:-
