Nottinghamshire County Council is assisting in this work. Introduction Rushcliffe Local Plan The Rushcliffe Local Plan will form the statutory development plan for the Borough. The Local Plan is being developed in two parts, the Part 1 – Core Strategy and the Part 2 – Land and Planning Policies (LAPP).
