Video Games by AJ Video games by AJ Introduction Do you want to know about the four best video games ever in existence. Well then you've came to the right place let's begin. Minecraft Minecraft is a game the over 10 million people are playing (including me). Minecraft is a game of adventure and a exciting but dangerous world. Minecraft is a game with three different modes. The first mode is survival mode. Survival mode is where you survive a exciting world to explore. First things first, in survival mode. Your main goal is to get some wood to build a house before nightfall. If your to late the zombies will come so will the skeletons and spiders and worst of all the creepers, which will explode if you get to close. Next, (if you're still alive) is to go explore and kill some pigs,cows and sheep for supplies to survive. Pigs and cows drop meat to eat and sheep drop wool to make a bed. Next, go mining to get coal and iron. Then, wait till night and go kill some ender men to get ender pearls. Then, go get diamonds to make a diamond pickaxe mine obsidian to make a nether portal travel to the nether kill blazes for blaze powder to make eyes of ender. Then throw them follow them, to the end portal kill the ender dragon and win Minecraft. Second mode is creative. Creative is where you can build anything you want (same for survival) you can imagine. You have unlimited supplies. So build a house,a town,a city or even a burger hotdog bus. The last mode mode is adventure,the most boring mode EVER. It's like survival but you can't break blocks, punch animals or people. And you can't open chests or doors. Like I said most boring mode EVER. BATMAN Batman is a third person fighter game filled with action packed moves and takedowns. Batman is a game where some times you have to go in loud,no going in stealth. But sometimes you have to go in stealth because the thugs will have hostages. Or sometimes it's up to you whether or not you go in loud or silent. The batman games all have a connection with four different games. The first game, Batman Arkham Asylum is to stop the Joker from taking over Arkham Asylum. Next, is Arkham City which is after Arkham Origins which takes place 5 years before asylum which yet batman does not know who the joker is. Then Joker hires 8 assassins to assassinate Batman but in the end Batman stops the assassins and the joker. Then comes Arkham City where you have to beat Hugo Strange form releasing protocol 10 while curing a disease form killing batman and stoping the joker. But a twist happens batman lives and cures the disease but joker ends up dying right at the end. Which leads to Arkham Knight where at the beginning you start off by burning Joker. Then Scarecrow takes over Gotham so you have to go stop Scarecrow form destroying Gotham. COD(call of duty) Call of duty is a first person shooter. A first person shooter is where you see out of some one's eyes and shoot. Call of duty is first person shooter,unless you have a setting in multiplayer to make it third person. Call of duty has released 11 games in the series so far. The eleven Cod games are Call of Duty 1-3,Cod 4 modern warfare,Cod Modern Warfare 2 and 3, Cod Ghosts,Cod Black Ops 1-3,Cod Advance Warfare and Cod World at War. Cod also has three different modes. The three mode are campaign,multiplayer and zombies. The campaign is action packed thriller with secrets hidden in most of the levels in certain games. But so far as many call of duty there's mostly a end where some on that you've been chasing since the first mission dies. The next mode is multiplayer. Where you must level up in order to get weapons and modifications for that weapon. You battle against other players across the world unless you have bots on which are Npc's(non playable characters). Online might be worse then the actual rating because of the older kids because of how they talk. And the last mode is zombies. A survival game where you or one to three other people can play with you. Zombies is where you kill zombies to get points to buy weapons of mass destruction to crush zombies. Points are also used to buy perks that will help you on the higher rounds. The 4 perks the most people prefer are juggernaut which makes so you can take more hits,speed cola which makes you reload faster, quick revive heals you when you go down or heals people faster if on multiplayer, and the last perk double tap 2.0. It doubles your your ammo because you firer two bullets wasting one capacity. Injustice Injustice is a 2.5d, 3rd person game. Now you're probably thinking what in the world is 2.5d and third person. Well 2.5d is something you can imagine. Now think that about a cube that has been drawn on paper. Then imagine the front side is 3d and bottom side is flat. Now that is 2.5d and third person is where you can see a character but your watching it through a camera. Now injustice has a ton of modes. The first is campaign,and the second is multiplayer. Multiplayer is where you can fight with two controllers or fight online. Pick your character and then fight to the death. Now, the campaign is the fun part. When you first start the game in the campaign you will see Metropolis destroyed (superman's hometown) was destroyed. And the reason why is because Lois Lane's (superman's girlfriend) heart beat was triggered to a nuke. Joker drugs superman to think Lois was Doomsday (he was made on Krypton to destroy Earth and Krypton was superman's planet then it blew up). So when superman thought he defeated Doomsday who was actually Lois, Lois died, which triggered the nuke to explode. Then, time reversed to before the nuke went off. Batman tried to stop Joker, then Batman and Joker where teleported to a future Metropolis where there are evil and good twins of the superheroes and super villains. So the heroes where bad and the villains where good. Through the story you play as certain characters to get to the final battle where you play as the good Superman and you have to stop the evil Superman. And to battle you can play as Killer Frost, Harley Quinn, Hawk Girl, Ares, Bane, Lex Luther, Cat Woman, The Joker, Black Adam, The Flash, Green Lantern, Green arrow, Raven, Sinestro, Death Stroke, Solomon Grundy, Cyborg,Shazam, Superman,Wonder Woman,BATMAN, Aqua Man, Night Wing and Doomsday. And the six DLC (downloadable content). They are Batgirl, General ZOD, Scorpion, ZATANA and Martin Man Hunter. Conclusion Now I hope you know about the four best video games EVER. Superman has gone by many names over the years, but one thing has remained the same. Superman’s powers include incredible strength, the ability to fly. X-ray vision, super speed, invulnerability to most attacks, super hearing, and super breath. He is nearly unstoppable. However, Superman does have one weakness, Kryptonite. When exposed to this radioactive element from his home planet, he becomes weak and helpless. Superman’s alter ego is mild-mannered reporter Clark Kent. He lives in the city of Metropolis and works for the newspaper the Daily Planet. Clark is in love with fellow reporter Lois Lane.

    !New York Times: “Should Batman kill the Joker?” By Mark D. White and Robert Arp Published: Friday, July 25, 2008 ! Batman should kill the Joker. How many of us would agree with that? Quite a few, we'd wager. Even Heath Ledger's Joker in "The Dark Knight" marvels at Batman's refusal to kill him. After all, the Joker is a murderous psychopath, and Batman could save countless innocent lives by ending his miserable existence once and for all. Of course, there are plenty of masked loonies ready to take the Joker's place, but none of them has ever shown the same twisted devotion to chaos and tragedy as the Clown Prince of Crime. But if we say that Batman should kill the Joker, doesn't that imply that we should torture terrorism suspects if there's a chance of getting information that could save innocent lives? Of course, terrorism is all too present in the real world, and Batman only exists in the comics and movies. So maybe we're just too detached from the Dark Knight and the problems of Gotham City, so we can say "go ahead, kill him." But, if anything, that detachment implies that there's more at stake in the real world - so why aren't we tougher on actual terrorists than we are on the make-believe Joker? Pop culture, such as the Batman comics and movies, provides an opportunity to think philosophically about issues and topics that parallel the real world. For instance, thinking about why Batman has never killed the Joker may help us reflect on our issues with terrorism and torture, specifically their ethics.
