You’re Invited to the 5555thth AnniversaryAnniversary CelebrationCelebration DinnerDinner of WorldWorld MissionaryMissionary Press,Press, Inc.Inc. 6:00 p.m., Saturday ~ October 22, 2016 Ebenezer Samuel is founder and president of Serve India Ministries. When he was 19 years old, Ebenezer (Ebey) confessed his sins, received forgiveness, and asked the Lord to be his personal Savior. His next step was to offer his life to God for fulltime service. After several years of higher education and cross-cultural training, Ebey served with Trans World Radio in various capacities, including Executive Director in India. During this time he married Angel, whose purpose in life was missions. They buried their first son on the mission field in North India. For nine years Ebey was deeply involved with Gospel for Asia, coordinating its ministries in India, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka, as 100 training centers for native missionaries were established and the radio department expanded from 13 to 92 language broadcasts. New ministry strategies for church planting increased the number of churches from 2,000 to 15,000. Having left GFA, ten years ago the Lord led Ebey to focus on India, which has birthed four world religions. As he was asking God to give India a chance to fully turn to Jesus Christ, he felt the Lord speak to him about the 500,000 yet-unreached villages of India, giving him a clear mandate: To plant at least one church in 100,000 unreached villages of India by the year 2020 through 20,000 native missionaries trained and equipped to reach five villages each. Serve India Ministries was born. World Missionary Press has networked with Serve India Ministries since 2009. Be inspired and challenged to hear how God has been working in India! 55th Anniversary Celebration Carry-in Dinner—16 serving lines!
