Executive Proposed Sand/Morrum Mining Project from Riverbed of Ken River located at Khand No. 29/3, Village - Bakchha Khadar, Tehsil - Maudaha, Summary District - Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Study reveals that in recent years, rapid development has led to an increased demand for river minor mineral as a source of construction material. To meet out the challenges of unsustainable mining of minor mineral, the State Govt. of UP under the provision of Mines & Mineral Development and Regulation Act, 1957 under rule 15 framed UPMMCR -1963 Act guided for the systematic and scientific mining of Minor Mineral. Likewise, MoEF & CC, GoI made prior Environmental Clearance mandatory under the notification, 14th September 2006, as amended in 2009 & 2016 and has issued Sustainable Sand/Morrum Mining Management Guidelines, 2016. As per the provisions laid down in EIA Notification dated 15.01.2016, mining projects require prior Environment Clearance from respective DEIAA/SEIAA/ EAC, as the case may be. The proposed project pertains to mining of Riverbed Sand/Morrum from Ken River and falls under item 1(a), Category ‘B’ (Sub-Category ‘B1’) as it does not attract General & Specific Conditions as specified in Environment Notification, 2006. Shri Brijesh Singh S/o Shri Ramji Singh is lessee of the proposed project for an area of Sanctioned Lease Area- 12.145 ha, located at Khand No. 29/3, Village - Bakchha Khadar, Tehsil - Maudaha, District - Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh.As per the Letter of Intent issued by DM, Hamirpur the lessee has been sanctioned mining leasearea of 12.145 ha but during demarcation some part of the sanctioned lease area admeasuringapprox 3.037 ha was found submerged in water. -

In 1941 they were published in U. P. under the title "District Census Statistics" with a separate volume for each district. In the 1951 census, when the tabulation has been more elaborate than ever in view of the require .. ments of the country, the district ... wise volume has been expanded into a "District Census Handbook", which now contains the District Census Tables (furnishing data with break ... up for census tracts within the district), the District Index of Non .. agricultura.l Occupations, agricultural statistics from 1901;02 to 195°"'51 and other miscellaneous statistics in addition to the usual village population statistics. The village population statistics also are given in an elaborate form giving the division of the population among eight livelihood classes and other details. 2. ARE THE ANCIENT VEDS THE FIRST SCRIPTURES OF THE ANCIENT UNIVERSE Read In Hindi http://www.vedpradip.com/articlecontent.php?aid=436&linkid=1&catid=&subcatid=0&vedid=5 The most mysterious Sukta among the mysterious Suktas of the Rigved is the ‘Nasadiya Sukta’. This is the birth place of philosophy. The fifth and sixth parts of the Sukta unravel an unbelievable mystery – Really, who knows and who can tell how all this was created and where this universe came from? The genesis of Gods and deities is much later, and the genesis of the universe is of a much earlier period. In such a situation, who knows how all this came into existence? (How did the Veds come to know what they have described above? The implied meaning here is that the Veds themselves are ever-existent, eternal.). All this was generated by the One who generated the universe. (He has created this by His will-power.). Or He has not generated it; it has been generated of its own volition, without His inspiration. Only the One who is sitting high up in the skies with his eyes watching the universe knows it (the mystery of those two things). Or, perhaps even he does not know it (because before the formless, attributeless universe, even the concepts of knowledge, will and action did not exist). Analysis - Two things are notable here. Firstly, how did the Veds come to know this? And secondly, since the description of this creation appears in the Veds, it follows that the Veds knew about it. -

The Hindu science of study of these planets is called the Vedic Astrology. Classical Vedic astrology uses the seven visible planets Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn, along with the two lunar nodes, the north and south nodes, Rahu and Ketu. The Hindu astrology is based on an elaborate calculation of the positions of these planets at the time of one's birth. For example, the zodiac is divided in to twelve zones ('houses' of 30 degrees each). The planet Sun travels in to one of these houses each month. Similarly, the other planets have their times of travel through the zodiac assigned to them. As the planets travel through these zodiac signs, their relative positions with respect to each other changes and is supposed to determine the fate of the human affairs. An astrologer can draw up a horoscope of a person based on his time of birth and calculate the relative positions of the planets relative to this horoscope. -

Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar "Father Of Indian Constitution" India’s first Law Minister Architect of the Constitution of India ii http://www.ambedkar.org Born April 14, 1891, Mhow, India Died Dec. 6, 1956, New Delhi Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, was the first Minister of Law soon after the Independence of India in 1947 and was the Chairman of the drafting committee for the Constitution of India As such he was chiefly responsible for drafting of The Constitution of India. Ambedkar was born on the 14 th April, 1891. After graduating from Elphinstone College, Bombay in 1912, he joined Columbia University, USA where he was awarded Ph.D. Later he joined the London School of Economics & obtained a degree of D.Sc. ( Economics) and was called to the Bar from Gray's Inn. He returned to India in 1923 and started the 'Bahishkrit Hitkarini Sabha' for the education and economic improvement of the lower classes from where he came. One of the greatest contributions of Dr. Ambedkar was in respect of Fundamental Rights & Directive Principles of State Policy enshrined in the Constitution of India. The Fundamental Rights provide for freedom, equality, and abolition of Untouchability & remedies to ensure the enforcement of rights. The Directive Principles enshrine the broad guiding principles for securing fair distribution of wealth & better living conditions. On the 14 th October, 1956, Babasaheb Ambedkar a scholar in Hinduism embraced Buddhism. He continued the crusade for social revolution until the end of his life on the 6th December 1956. He was honoured with the highest national honour, 'Bharat Ratna' in April 1990 .
