PRESS RELEASE For immediate release Festival marks 10th anniversary QUEBECOR, PROUD PARTNER OF THE EMERGING MUSIC FESTIVAL IN ABITIBI-TÉMISCAMINGUE Montréal, July 18, 2012 — Quebecor is proud to be associated with the Emerging Music Festival (EMF) in Abitibi-Témiscamingue for the fifth consecutive year. The Festival’s mission is to disseminate original music and the work of new artists. This year’s edition, which marks the Festival’s 10th anniversary, will be held from August 30 to September 2. Many young artists from Québec and the rest of Canada will perform on the EMF stage, including Feist, Radio Radio, Lisa Leblanc, Marie-Pierre Arthur and Fanny Bloom. In a new addition to the already rich program, they will be joined by emerging artists from Europe. Quebecor will support the Festival through a multimedia visibility campaign.
