Campus Master Plan | Campus Architects, Tulsa, OK In 2002 and 2011, Hastings+Chivetta was commissioned by University of Tulsa to update the original 1995 Master Plan and conduct a campus-wide Space Utilization Study. The study and plan helped Hastings+Chivetta identify critical projects to meet long-term campus needs. With approval from TU administration, Hastings+Chivetta developed site plans and designs for the key facilities including Collins Hall Welcome Center, Computer Science/Electr. Eng. Bldg., Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Building, Performing Arts Center, Mc- Farlin Library, Collins Fitness Center, Case Athletic Complex and Hurricane Soccer & Track Stadium. Campus Master Plan | Campus Architects, Danville, KY In the fall of 2002, Centre College commissioned Hastings+Chivetta to complete a Campus Master Plan. The plan identified several projects - both new and renovation of existing facilities - that were deterimined to be necessary for the advancement of the college. These projects, designed by Hastings+Chivetta, include Crounse Academic Center, a new Campus Center, Pearl Residence Hall, Sutcliffe Athletic Center, Young Hall Science Center and Brockman Residential Commons. Campus Master Plan | Campus Architects, St. Charles, MO Lindenwood hired Hastings+Chivetta to update their Campus Master Plan for the 21st century and to include growth management issues such as night and weekend programs. Hastings+Chivetta then designed the major buildings identified in the plan. Improvements also included new walkways, signage and re-roofing many newer flat roof structures to match pitched roof historic buildings. Plan documents boosted fundraising efforts for a successful capital campaign. Hanover College
Campus Master Plan | Campus Architects, Hanover, IN Founded in 1827, Hanover College prepared to meet the technological and collaborative challenges of the 21st century. Hanover leaders hired Hastings+Chivetta to do a comprehensive review to assess overall needs and provide strategies for responding to those needs within the framework of the existing campus. The Campus Master Plan proposed a series of concepts that the College could implement over time by either renovation or adaptive re-use of existing structures.
