They are all in the Beijing's surrounding areas, where more point sources have been added in this paper. 1 The model performance on the Beijing's sur- rounding stations In the section, the PM10 hourly concentration in Baoding, Tangshan and Xi- anghe stations are collected to illustrate the model performance in Beijing's surrounding areas. The observation is from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Atmo- spheric Environment Monitoring Network operated by the Institute of Atmo- spheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences[1]. The location of the three stations are shown in Figure 1, Baoding and Tangshan stations are located at the urban of Baoding and Tangshan Municipality, and Xianghe station is located at one county of Langfang Municipality. As described in the left figure of Fig.2 in the manuscript, the fouth do- main(D4) in the forecast system just covers Beijing Municipality, that Baoding, Tangshan and Langfang station, is either outside or nearby the domain bound- ary. Therefore, the \New" expanded model domain is used to check if the \added" point and \updated" area sources emissions would improve the model performance on the surrounding areas. -

With the impacts of climate change and human activities, wetlands have suffered severe droughts and the area declined. For the wetland restoration and management, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of wetland loss. In this study, the Xiong’an New Area was selected as the study area. For this site, we built a new method to identify the patterns of wetland loss integrated the landscape variation and wetland elements loss based on seven land use maps and Landsat series images from the 1980s to 2015. The calculated results revealed the following: (1) From the 1980s to 2015, wetland area decreased by 40.94 km2, with a reduction of 13.84%. -

Jing-Jin-Ji Region, People’s Republic of China Michael Lindfield, Xueyao Duan and Aijun Qiu 6.1 INTRODUCTION The Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Region, known as the Jing-Jin-Ji Region (JJJR), is one of the most important political, economic and cultural areas in China. The Chinese government has recognized the need for improved management and development of the region and has made it a priority to integrate all the cities in the Bohai Bay rim and foster its economic development. This economy is China’s third economic growth engine, alongside the Pearl River and Yangtze River Deltas. Jing-Jin-Ji was the heart of the old industrial centres of China and has traditionally been involved in heavy industries and manufacturing. Over recent years, the region has developed significant clusters of newer industries in the automotive, electronics, petrochemical, software and aircraft sectors. Tourism is a major industry for Beijing. However, the region is experiencing many growth management problems, undermining its competitiveness, management, and sustainable development. It has not benefited as much from the more integrated approaches to development that were used in the older-established Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions, where the results of the reforms that have taken place in China since Deng Xiaoping have been nothing less than extraordinary. The Jing-Jin-Ji Region covers the municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin and Hebei province (including 11 prefecture cities in Hebei). Beijing and Tianjin are integrated geographically with Hebei province. In 2012, the total population of the Jing-Jin-Ji Region was 107.7 million. -

This paper uses IFI index method to evaluate the development level of rural inclusive finance in various counties of Baoding, Hebei province in 2016, and finds that rural inclusive finance in each country has a low level of development, banks and other financial institutions have few branches and product types, the farmers in that area have conservative financial concepts and rural financial service facilities are not perfect. In response to these problems, it is proposed to increase the development of inclusive finance; encourage financial innovation; establish financial concepts and cultivate financial needs; improve broadband coverage and accelerate the popularization of information. 1. Introduction "Inclusive Finance", means that everyone with financial needs to access high-quality financial services at the right price in a timely and convenient manner with dignity.
