Bona Vista Raya, Lebak Bulus +62 21 759 144 21 | Fax: +62 21 759 144 24 Jakarta Selatan 12440 +62 81 296 177 144 SAMBUTAN KETUA Berdirinya Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia pertama kali digagas oleh beberapa sekolah SPK yang berkumpul pada tanggal 30 Agustus 2015 di SPK Singapore School Bona Vista yang pada saat itu juga dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Hal ini bermula dari keresahan para pemimpin atau pengelola sekolah SPK dalam melakukan penyesuaian sehubungan dengan dikeluarkannya Permendikbud No 31 Tahun 2014 tentang Kerjasama Penyelenggaraan dan Pengelolaan Pendidikan oleh Lembaga Pendidikan Asing dan Lembaga Pendidikan di Indonesia, mengingat sekolah SPK memiliki latar belakang yang berbeda-beda. Tidak adanya suatu wadah yang resmi dan sah membuat perjuangan sekolah SPK di Indonesia berlangsung secara sendiri-sendiri. Hal ini tentu menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Untuk sebuah permasalahan yang sama, Kemdikbud bisa jadi menerima pengaduan, usulan, konsultasi, atau audiensi dari ratusan SPK di Indonesia. Ditambah lagi dengan kendala jarak bagi SPK yang berada di luar Jakarta. Dalam hal ini tentu biaya perjalanan seharusnya dapat dihemat dengan meneruskan solusi untuk permasalahan yang sama yang sudah pernah dibahas. Berkaca pada kondisi di atas, hasil pertemuan pada tanggal 30 Agustus 2015 menjadi penting untuk direalisasikan. Hal ini akan sangat menunjang kegiatan advokasi SPK yang berkaitan dengan implementasi peraturan serta edaran yang dikeluarkan oleh pemberi lisensi, dalam hal ini Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Dari arah sebaliknya, dengan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang solid antar SPK, Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia ini tentu juga akan menjadi perpanjangan tangan pemerintah dalam menyalurkan informasi secara serentak dan merata. Pada bulan Maret 2016, Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia secara hukum resmi berdiri. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari berdirinya Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia secara resmi maka diselenggarakanlah Konvensi Nasional Sekolah SPK II di ACS Jakarta yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 19-20 Januari 2017 yang memiliki agenda penting yaitu memilih kepengurusan perkumpulan secara resmi yang pertama kali yang akan menjadi perwakilan bagi seluruh sekolah-sekolah SPK di Indonesia yang telah menjadi anggota. Pada tanggal 19 Januari 2017 Pengurus Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia untuk periode 2017-2020 telah resmi terbentuk dan pada tanggal 20 Januari 2017 telah dikukuhkan oleh Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, Hamid Muhamad, M.Sc., Ph.D. Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia ini diharapkan menjadi wadah untuk para pemimpin, kepala sekolah, yayasan pengelola sekolah SPK untuk berkumpul, mengeluarkan ide, mengembangkan kompetensi serta memberikan kontribusi bagi kemajuan pendidikan di Indonesia. Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia ini juga diharapkan menjadi mitra Pemerintah dalam menjembatani sekolah-sekolah SPK Indonesia dalam penerapan kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan di Indonesia. Semoga keberadaan Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia ini bisa mewadahi berbagai kepentingan yang ada dalam penerapan kebijakan di dunia pendidikan dan juga memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kemajuan pendidikan di Indonesia. Selain dihadiri oleh Bp. Hamid Muhamad, M.Sc., Ph.D. selaku Dirjen Dikdasmen, Konvensi ini juga di hadiri oleh Prof. Netti Herawati dari BAN PAUD PNF dan Bp. Muhammad Husin, Kepala Seksi Kurikulum dan Penilaian SMP – SMA, Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Sesi pleno di Konvensi ini menghadirkan Mr. Jaspal Sidhu, founder of Singapore Intercultural School Group and Mr. Ng Eng Chin, Executive Principal di ACS Jakarta. Kegiatan workshop hari ke-2 juga didukung oleh para praktisi pendidikan seperti Ibu Itje Chodidjah, Bp. Indra Charismiadji dari EDUSPEC, Bp. Samuel Petrus Rafael dari SINAMBUNG INDONESIA, dan juga beberapa pimpinan SPK lainnya. Acara school visit dilakukan di 3 SPK, yakni Beacon Academy, Victory Plus dan BPK PENABUR Kelapa Gading. Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia berterima kasih kepada Dr. Capri Anjaya selaku ketua panitia dan anggota panitia lainnya untuk kerja sama terselenggaranya Konvensi SPK Indonesia II ini. Ed (St. Peter School, Jakarta) Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia diwakili oleh 4 anggota pengurusnya datang berkunjung ke Badan Akreditasi Nasional PAUD dan Pendidikan Non Formal (BAN PAUD PNF) pada hari Rabu, 25 Januari 2017. Dalam kesempatan ini Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia diberikan kesempatan untuk memperkenalkan kehadiran perkumpulan ini dan juga berdialog dengan Ketua BAN PAUD PNF Dr. Ing. Ir. Boedi Darma Sidi, MSA dan Ketua HIMPAUDI Prof. Netti Herawati. Topik yang menjadi bahan diskusi adalah mengenai Akreditasi SPK PAUD yang diperlukan untuk pengurusan perpanjangan izin SPK. BAN PAUD PNF menyatakan bahwa penundaan proses Akreditasi yang sempat terjadi, dikarenakan wacana revisi Permendikbud No. 31 Tahun 2014. Namun dengan melihat kebutuhan yang ada di lapangan, maka BAN PAUD tetap akan melanjutkan proses akreditasi ini di Th. 2017. Badan Akreditasi Provinsi akan menjadi kepanjangan tangan BAN untuk melakukan visitasi ke SPK yang ada. Disampaikan juga oleh Dr. Boedhi bahwa Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia diharapkan dapat menjadi perpanjangan tangan dari BAN PAUD PNF untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait akreditasi dan juga penyelenggaraan bimbingan teknis serta pengembangan PAUD di Indonesia dengan bekerja sama dengan BAN PAUD PNF ataupun HIMPAUDI. Sudah tidak asing lagi bahwa Universitas Indonesia merupakan salah satu universitas yang menjadi incaran siswa-siswi yang ingin melanjutkan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali siswa siswi lulusan sekolah SPK. Sesuai dengan informasi yang pengurus dapatkan dalam acara Sosialisasi SNMPTN dan SBMPTN di Universitas Indonesia pada 27 januari 2017, ada beberapa hal yang menjadi catatan penting jika Kepala Sekolah SPK ingin mendaftarkan siswa-siswinya ke Universitas Indonesia. Pertama, terdapat dua jalur untuk mendaftar UI. Jalur yang pertama adalah jalur undangan atau rapor. Yang termasuk jalur ini adalah SNMPTN (Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri) khusus prodi S1 Reguler, PPKB (Prestasi dan Pemerataan Kesempatan Belajar) khusus prodi S1 paralel dan Vokasi, dan Talent Scouting khusus S1 Kelas Khusus Internasional. Jalur yang kedua adalah jalur ujian tulis. Yang termasuk jalur ini adalah SBMPTN (Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri) khusus prodi S1 reguler dan SIMAK (Seleksi Masuk) UI khusus prodi S1 paralel, vokasi dan S1 Kelas Khusus Internasional. Informasi resmi SNMPTN dapat menghubungi call center 0804 1450 450, sedangkat untuk SBMPTN dapat menghubungi call center 0804 1456 456. Khusus PPKB, Talent Scouting, dan SIMAK UI dapat menghubungi kontak yang terdapat di http:// penerimaan.ui.a.id Kedua, khusus untuk yang mendaftar jalur SBMPTN, SPK wajib mengisi PDSS (Pangkalan Data Sekolah dan Siswa) secara online. Khusus SPK, harus dicermati bahwa dalam PDSS terdapat fitur untuk mengunggah sertifikat akreditasi nasional dan pendefinisian kurikulum. Saat ini pilihan kurikulum yang ada hanya KTSP dan Kurikulum 2013. Prestasi siswa yang bisa dipertimbangkan adalah jenis prestasi yang relevan dengan prodi yang dilamarnya. Video panduan pengisian PDSS dapat diunduh dalam jaringan. (pd) Sehari setelah Konvensi SPK II, Ibu Dra. Nurma Dewi Saleh, M.Ed, Kasubbag Kerjasama dari Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengadakan dialog secara informal bersama beberapa perwakilan pengurus dan sekolah SPK yang antara lain membahas polemic Ujian Nasional bagi sekolah SPK dan peran Perkumpulan Sekolah SPK Indonesia ke depannya dimana perkumpulan diharapkan dapat menjadi mitra bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam penerapan kebijakan. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The objects of this study were 171 Arab Saudi airline staff and cabin crew. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on Saudi Arabian airlines. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on Saudi Arabian airlines. Quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on Saudi Arabian airlines. Every learning experience is an opportunity to imbibe, calibrate, revitalize and express the portfolio of a communicator, inquirer, thinker and a caring, courageous, knowledgeable, open-minded, principled, reflective and balanced individual. The teachers adopt various strategies right from the ‘tuning in’ phase, scaffolding through to the reflection, wherein the learner makes a conscientious effort to fortify his/her profile. At GMIS, the day typically begins with Morning Assembly, this provides a true pathway to the timeless human values that develop PRINCIPLED students, the basic intrinsic profile attribute. The ’Wonder Walls’, ‘Query Corners’ or ‘Curious Quests’, coined with different terms, invariably offer a gateway to provoke thinking and questioning. Same is true with the ‘What are my opinions, thoughts, ideas and wonderings on...” activity of expression which makes every child a thinker, inquirer and a reflective person. When they read and reflect upon the perspectives of peers, they learn to become open-minded. The children become knowledgeable about the momentous global issues through ‘World on Stage’ presentations that inspire students to do their best possible actions en masse for a better community. They make each other aware and rise through action as good communicators. They become balanced by participating in various curricular activities and progress-oriented assessment tasks within the programme of inquiry, sports activities including athletics, basketball, soccer, cheerleading and various stage performances.
