Plenty of camping & great amenities A.B.C. Amateur Race Club facilities are located 130km north of the Barkly Homestead on . Turn right at the turn off & follow the signs (approx. 10km). Camping adjacent to facilities NOT inside the racetrack Catering & Refreshments available, full bar operating from Thursday – Sunday

Nominations for the Campdraft and Gymkhana will be open through Campdraft Central on Friday 9th June at 7am until Friday 16th June www.campdraftcentral.com.au No Nominations = No Ride. NO late nominations will be accepted on the day To register for events you must be a member of the Australian Campdraft Association Campdraft & Gymkhana are ACA Affiliated.

Riders under the age of 18 must wear Helmets whilst mounted on a horse at all ACA affiliated events. Helmets must comply with current safety standards and must be securely fastened under the chin at all times. Scratchings – as per ACA rule D.5. 7 days prior to 8am of the draft - 100% refund; then $15 penalty per scratching, then 3 days prior to 8am of draft, nil refund.

CAMPDRAFT DISTRICT BRED INCENTIVE

NEW TO 2017, the rider of the highest scoring district bred horse in the Encouragement, Maiden, Novice, Ladies and Open will receive $100 prize money. To qualify as district bred, the horse must have been sired and foaled within the District Boundaries (see below). Bar & Catering On course bar & catering is available from Wednesday afternoon until Monday morning. On-site caterer is Dragonfly Catering & Events. Ice is available for purchase from the bar, subject to availability.

Police, Ambulance & Fire St. John Ambulance and Tennant Creek Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade will be on site for the entire event. Northern Territory Police will also be attending the event.

Powered Sites There are limited powered sites available for purchased, first in best dressed, no pre booking. $30 for a power tag that covers the whole event.
