It was clear to see that the children had worked very hard to deliver a stunning performance with beautiful singing which brought Christmas cheer to our passengers and colleagues.

The following day children from Hall Primary visited Car Parks, Olympic House and the Fire Station to spread wonderful Christmas cheer to colleagues, behind the scenes. One member of staff commented that: “It made my day!!”

WHAT’S MY LINE –Highlighting career aspirations

In October pupils from Baguley Hall Primary School took part in an innovative careers session, based on a TV series from yesteryear ‘What’s My Line’. In advance of the sessions the children learned about the open questioning technique and this helped them to draw out information from a series of guests, all of which did different jobs at the Airport. The sessions really help to open their eyes to the variety of roles available to them and to encourage them to consider being a future colleague.
