Adoption of agenda The agenda was adopted without changes. The Chair announced that the two points on data protection on 6 and 7 May would be conducted in the form of a joint debate: it started with the Regulation on 6 May (point 5), followed by the Directive on Tuesday (point 12). Nataša Pirc Musar presented the JSB inspection report on Europol implementation of the TFTP Agreement ("Swift agreement").
