A total of 17 issues had been published through that date. From 1997 until the present, a larger single issue has been published each year, with the 1997 issue designated as “Volume 10, Issue 18, 1997. Starting with the issue printed in 2011 the volume was dropped and only the issue number was used with the year of publication. HISTORICALLY JEFFCO, Part C – Issue 39, 2018, Issue 40, 2019 is included with the Issue, the Year and Page(s) in the index. A set of HISTORICALLY JEFFCO magazine may be found in the reference section of the Jefferson County Libraries as well as at the Jefferson County Archives. We thank the archivist Ronda Frazier for providing us with copies from which to work. Traditionally the magazine has listed all current members of the Jefferson County Historical Commission, and the County Commissioners in each issue. We have elected not to include those names in the index, but they are cited in separate listings on the following pages. A complete list of Hall of Fame members, who have been designated by the Historical Commission is also included. Biographical information on the Hall of Fame members is included in the index when it has been published. 2018-2019 – Articles & Authors p. 1-3 2018-2019 – Commissioners, Commissioners Staff p. 4 2018-2019 – County Archivist p. 4 2018-2019 – Hall of Fame p. 5 2018-2019 – Historical Commissions p. 6 2018-2019 – Names p. 7-24 2018-2019 – Subject/Location Place Names p. 25-48 HISTORICALLY JEFFCO 2018 – 2019 Articles and Authors Issue #39, 2018 p. 2 War Transforms Jefferson County – by John Steinle & Meghan M.
