INTRODUCTION 1.1 This is Part 2 of the Consultation Statement which has been prepared to accompany the submission of the Ocle Pychard Group Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) to Herefordshire Council (HC), the local planning authority, and to ensure that the relevant statutory requirements are met.1 1.2 Part 2 of the Consultation Statement deals with the processes undertaken in meeting the requirements of Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. It: • Contains details of the persons and bodies who were consulted about the proposed Plan; • Explains how they were consulted; • Summarises the main issues and concerns raised by those consulted; and • Describes how these issues and concerns have been considered and, where relevant, addressed in the proposed Plan. Format of Part 2 of the Consultation Statement 1.3 The Statement provides an overview of the activity undertaken in consulting on the draft NDP. Documents referred to are either included within the Appendices or referenced by web address. Appendix 2 sets out the responses received to the consultation.
