Neelam's father shared, “I have no words to express my happiness for Neelam's performance. I am an uneducated person but I want Neelam to complete her educa on and become a doctor; therefore I sold my only small farming land.” In this struggle, Neelam and her father requested a scholarship from Development In Literacy (DIL), which “Since 2001 has supported KK's educa on project and con nues to do so”.
