The gifts, whloh included a large oil painted portrait of Amelia Ear­ hart and some of her personal eff- eots9 were presented to president Gerry Miokelsen by Hay Brick in the absence of Mrs. Earhart and Amelia1 s sister Mrs. Morrisey. The mementos, whloh oon8ist of a scarf, braoelet, Air Corp wings, numerous photos of Amelia Earhart and an autographed first edition of her book "20 Hours and Forty Minutes',' will be located at Ninety-Nines headquarters. The portrait will hang in the Wings Club.

The presentation ff the gifts was preceeded by a oooktall party at the Wings Club, during which time the conversation centered around Miss Earhart. While not in the least surprising, it was very inspiring to listen to those who had person­ ally known our first president.
