FC København will look to sign off from the UEFA Europa League for another season on a high as Group B winners R. Standard de Liège head for Denmark. • The final standings were set in stone on matchday five, with the four teams all three points apart. Standard will finish top and FCK third regardless of results on matchday six. Previous meetings • Second-half strikes from Luis Manuel Seijas (57), Felipe (72) and Kanu (79) saw Standard get the better of FCK and earn their first UEFA Europa League Group B victory when the sides first met on matchday two. • København won 1-0 in their only previous match against Belgian opponents, beating Club Brugge KV away in the UEFA Cup group stage in 2008. • In Standard's only previous meeting with Danish opponents they won 1-0 against Aalborg BK in the 1996 UEFA Intertoto Cup. They thus have a 100% record against Danish sides, against whom they have yet to concede. Match background • With just one goal against, Standard have the best defensive record in the competition. They were the last side to concede in the group stage – going behind five minutes into a 3-1 win at FC Vorskla Poltava on matchday four – and have not let one in since. • FCK have alternated wins and defeats in their European home games this season, and if that pattern is to continue into a fifth match, they are due a victory against Standard. • Standard are on a three-game unbeaten run away from home in the UEFA Europa League, recording two 3-1 wins either side of a 0-0 draw. Team facts • Standard need three more goals to reach 300 in UEFA club competition; this will be their 194th UEFA game. • FCK need five more goals to reach 100 in the UEFA Cup and UEFA Europa League; this will be their 68th game in the two competitions. • Roland Nilsson replaced Ståle Solbakken as FCK boss this year, after winning the 2010 Swedish title with Malmö FF. This is his first European season as a coach, but the 116-times capped former Sweden defender has extensive European experience. • Nilsson played in two internationals against ; a 0-0 friendly draw in 1990 and a 2-1 defeat at UEFA EURO 2000. • He also played against Belgian sides in four UEFA club competition games with IFK Göteborg and Helsingborgs IF, with the record W2 D1 L1 (W1 D0 L1 in Belgium). • Standard boss José Riga is competing in Europe for the first time. Born in Liege, he previously served as the club's joint-coach, alongside his predecessor Dominique D'Onofrio, from 2003 to 2005. Since then, he has been in sole command of RAEC Mons and RCS Visé.
