2020 IMPACT REPORT LOOKING BACK AT AN UNPRECEDENTED YEAR In September 2019, when I formally launched Drag Out The VoteTM, my goal was to mobilize drag artists across the country to register, educate and turn out voters for the 2020 election. I was driven by learning that 100 million people didn’t vote in the 2016 election and that one out of five LGBTQ+ people were not registered to vote. This had to change.
