This space is where you start creating the Aura, clicking "Create New Aura" accesses the option "Click to Upload Trigger lmage" to select the trigger information or as it is called in HP Reveal Studio "Trigger image" that is hosted on the PC from which HP Reveal Studio is being accessed. To access the "Trigger lmage" or activator of the information that was used for a previous Aura you click on "Click to Select Existing"

8

If you access an image of the PC you must complete the following fields: Name: It is necessary to put a name to the "Trigger image" or trigger information.

Folder, My Triggers: Allows creating folders to store the "Trigger images". So, it is only necessary to unfold the folder and select the "Create New Folder" option which will access a blank box to complete with the name of the folder "Enter new folder name ", once filled, you just have to click" OK ".

If instead of searching and selecting an activator of the information of the PC, you choose one already used in previous occasions you access to the next screen and with just a click on "Click to Select Existing" and choose one, you can continue in the creation of Aura.

9

After clicking on "Save" you access the image with a menu that allows you to edit the image, "Trigger":

10

As in the case of the "Trigger", you can choose an existing overlay "Click to Select Existing" or a new one chosen "Click Upload Overlay".

You can upload or choose image files, audio, video or 3D models.

When clicking on the "Click Upload Overlay" option, the following fields appear: Name: This field has to be completed with the name you want to give to the overlay. After making all the desired settings in the overlay(s), click on the top right in "Next" and you access the following Aura editing screen:

You have to name the Aura "Aura Name: Name your Aura so people can find it!" and it is an important choice since it is the way it will be found in a fast and simple way by other users. Another important section that is not mandatory to complete but which is highly recommended is the one related to the "Hashtags". The more significant Aura hashtags you have the easier it is find it. Once you fill in these fields, press "Save" which is on the top right. In this way the Aura is saved. If you want to share with all users you just need to click on "Unshare". This type of Auras are paid and are required by companies for large advertising campaigns. For requesting an Aura of this type you have to contact the HP Reveal support (https://www.hpreveal.com/contact/index.html ).

18

4. Create Auras with mobile device (Android)

The first step is to download the free HP Reveal app from Google Play. To login you must include the user and password of HP Reveal Studio (PC). If you don’t have a user with HP Reveal Studio, one can be obtained directly from HP Reveal.

19

If you press , "Explore" you will have the public Auras of the users as well as the Universals. To see them you have to press the Aura you want, follow the user - "Follow". As in HP Reveal Studio you can add favorite Auras "like" or share "share".

If you press the "Create" option (on the initial menu it is represented by a "+" on the upper right) two new sections appear "Library" and "Device" that serve to choose the overlay. "Library", shows overlays that are HP Reveal by default. "Device", allows the choice of overlays that appear on the device, previously used in HP Reveal or that can be captured with the camera. You can choose an image or a video.

20

Once selected, or done at the time, you access the start of the capture of the trigger:

The upper bar evaluates the quality of the trigger, the red side corresponds to poor quality and green to good quality. If a capture is made when the scale marks the red zone when you want to see the Aura you will have difficulties or you cannot see.

The capture of the trigger has to be done with the scale in green.

Once the image is captured, a preview of the trigger and the overlay ("Position overlay") appears. When pressing on the upper right you access to add the name of the Aura, select if you prefer to make it public or maintain it in private, and to the possibility of adding it to a "channel". If you add to a channel that has not yet been created, you can click on "+" and create it by adding the name in "Name", if you want, you have the possibility to include a description "Description", an image and make the channel public or private. Once you fill in the information, click on "Finish".

Once this process is done, the following screen appears in the device as a viewfinder and with it you can capture the trigger that automatically reproduces the overlay.

21

By pressing the that appears in the previous screen, it allows the return to the main menu and its different options. If we click inside "Explore" the upper section "Featured" you will find the highlighted Auras and in the upper right section, "Viewed" is where you can find the Auras seen before.

By pressing the corner icon square at the right bottom, it returns to the trigger viewer.

The search for Auras, channels and users can be done by pressing the magnifying glass icon in the lower area.

22

The last icon in the lower right area corresponds to the menu that displays the options, at the top, of "Following", "My Auras" and "Account".

"Following" contains the users and Auras that are followed by the user. "My Auras" reports the Auras created by the user, public and private. "Account" this section contains the data of the account, "email" and "password", as well as the option of changing user or exit the application by clicking "log out".

23

5. Create Auras with mobile device i0S

The procedure is similar to that of point number four of the manual, dedicated to creating Auras with mobile device (Android) except for a few notes, which are detailed below. To download HP Reveal in i0S you have to search in Apple Store for the appropriate software and proceed to its installation on the mobile device. As in the case of Android operating system, HP Reveal for iOS is a free app. From the initial screen you can access "Create an account", if it is the first time you use HP Reveal or "Login" if you have already created the account:

24

To create the account just click on the option "Create an account" and fill in the requested fields of the following screens (mail, password and Username):

25

If you have a user just click on "Log in" and include the "Username” and “Password ":

Once the session is started, the first screen that appears is the one of the set of Auras of HP Reveal and the option of searching if you know the name of any specifically, at the top in "Discover Auras".

If we click the option on the upper left on the symbol we access the "My Auras" menu, corresponding to the auras made by the user, at the option "Following", which includes the Auras that are followed and the "Settings" that contain the username, password, email, technical support and possibility of leaving comments to the support and the possibility to show the presentation of HP Reveal in the next release.

26

To start the process of creating Auras, you have to press the "+". In this case, the "+" is in the upper right part of the device's screen.

27

In i0S, first you get a photograph or capture of what will be the activator of the additional information. It also has a scale that goes from the red to green that refers to the quality of the image to take, so the green represents the optimal capture quality. Once the image is focused, press the blue circle of the lower area to take the picture.

After capturing the image, the next step is to choose the information to superimpose on it. You can choose the representations provided by HP Reveal, similar to those of the Android operating system that in this operating system are stored in the so-called "Library" or you can choose an overlay that is find in the device previously stored and accessed from the option that has the same name "Device".

28

The choice of the overlay from the device allows the realization at that moment, of a photograph with the “Camera" or the selection from the "Photo album".

If you chose the option “Library” you must choose an item provided by HP Reveal and press "Select".

The item selected on the “Library” will appeared superimposed on the image captured by the camera. In this point we can "move" the overlay or "rotate" (lower zone). Once the additional information has been edited, press "Next" (upper right area).

29

You access a menu where you have to put "Name" to the Aura and select a channel or "Create a new channel".

If you choose "Create a new channel", the boxes to complete are: Channel Photo: It's the place where you can put a distinctive image of the channel. You just have to click on the "+" and explore on your device and Choose an image. Channel name: Choose a name that will distinguish the channel. Description: This option allows describing the theme of the channel, but it is optional. Privacy settings: It is the place to select if a public channel is desired (it will be found easily through the search results) or private (it cannot be found in the search results). Once the fields are completed, the upper option "Ready" is selected.

If an existing channel is chosen, the option to advance would be "Send".

We already have our Aura created and we can share it with our friends through the button "Share". After sharing, click on the "Ready" option and the process of creating the Aura would have ended.

In order to see the aura, you just have to go to the option of initial menu and click on the icon:

30

From this icon we access the capture screen of the activator of information and we will obtain the additional information associated with that activator.

If you want to see Auras that others users have shared, as in the case of the Android App, you must search for the auras and "Follow" the channel. Only this way its visibility would be possible.

31
