Accelerated Training Weekend Dec 2017- PreHS

STAFF

Brian pitched 4 seasons at the University of North Florida earning Academic All-American honors in 2 of those years. Following his stellar college career, Brian would go on to pitch 12 years in professional baseball, including nearly 3 seasons as a starting pitcher for the . In his irst week in the majors he was named the National League player of the week and would go on to lead the Padres in ERA that season. During his playing career, Brian played with a number of stars including Hall of Famers Tony Gwynn and Ricky Henderson as well as being part of a number of championship teams in the minors.

Brian Tolbeg

T currently serves as the Hitting Coordinator for Baseball Factory. He played college baseball at Jacksonville University, where he was an All-American. He was drafted by the Montreal Expos, and in 2000, made is MLB debut. He served as the General Manager and Field Manager of the Pensacola Pelicans, a Professional Independent League Team. Following his time in Pensacola, Talmadge went back to Jacksonville as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator.

Talmadge Nunnai

George played in the organization as a catcher after signing as a free agent out of New York Tech. He graduated Cum Laude from NY Tech where he was a Captain of the baseball team. He is currently a minor league coach in the Toronto Blue Jays Organization.

Accelerated Training Weekend Dec 2017- PreHS

Rich played college baseball at Francis Marion University and has coached at every level of college baseball. He currently serves as an Associate Scout with the Orioles, and as a National Selection Scout with the Baseball Factory. Before that he was the Hitting/Bench Coach for the Washington Wild Things - a professional independent team in the Frontier League. Previous college stints consisted of being the Head Coach at DI Youngstown State University and DIII LaRoche College. He has also been an assistant coach at DI Pitt and DII Slippery Rock University.

Rich Pasquale

Brady played collegiately at Cumberland and Jacksonville University. He played professionally with the Lake Erie Crushers and the Washington Wild Things (Independent). He is the current Assistant Head Coach at Cumberland University and also serves as the Assistant National Hitting Coordinator with the Baseball Factory.

Brady Noth

Tripp is currently the Manager of the Potomac Nationals in the Carolina League. Prior to this role he was an area scouting supervisor for the San Diego Padres. He was also head coach at Wesley College and Delaware St university and an assistant at the University of South Carolina. He played at the University of Delaware and then with the .

Kyle played collegiately at the University of Notre Dame. He was the assistant coach at Coppin State University (NCAA D1). He is currently the lead hitting & catching instructor for the Baseball Factory at the Factory Development Institute.

Kyle Richadso

Mike is currently the National Director of Player Development, PreHS and the Director of the Factory Development Institute (FDI). He was the Assc. Head Coach and Recruiting Director at Hood College in Frederick, MD and currently serves as a consultant and volunteer for the Blazers. The Hood staff received the Div. III Coaching Staff Of The Year in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mike has been with the Baseball Factory for 6 years and has served as a Hitting Instructor, Inield Instructor and On-Field Director. He played collegiately at Montgomery College in Germantown, MD, where he and the Gryphons won 3 regional titles and made as many appearances in the NJCAA World Series.
