SCHREIBER HIGH SCHOOL W e dn e id av, May 2 1 , 1 9 7 5 Teachers' Debut in Gambol Faces $$ Trouble ^^The Fantastieks'^ The 1975 Senior Gambol is in serious financial trouble, according to a spokesman for Mrs. Eugene Luntey, chairman of the G a m b o l Committee. To date, the Committee still must collect approximately $4000 i n o r d e r to m e e t t h e Gambol budget. If the money is n o t received, p l a n s for t h e Gambol may have to be curtailed. The Gambol treasury is very low a t this time, because cash payments have already been made on a number of items. Yet to be decided upon are en- tertainment and decoration plans. These items would be most likely to be cur- tailed if money is not forthcoming. Besides having difficulty acquiring funds needed for the planned Gambol budget, the Gambol Committee is also having trouble limiting t h e i r expenditures to those called for in t h e b u d g e t , according to committee-woman Joanne Freyer. The main items whose cost a r e overrunning plans are paper goods. The Gambol traditionally h a s been behind expectations i n t h e receipt of money until the last weeks before graduation. However, by this time in p r e v i o u s years money has begun be r e c e i v e ^ at a faster pace.
