A charming single storey former byre providing exceptionally spacious accommodation with extensive gardens and open outlook within an idyllic setting close to village.

‘Parkview House’ represents a wonderful opportunity to acquire a deceptively spacious and stylish home which forms part of a historic farmyard conversion. The property provides well-proportioned accommodation suited to a variety of potential purchasers including families and particularly those clients seeking all on the level accommodation without compromising on space.

The level of fixture and finish is excellent including a fitted kitchen with space for dining, wood burning stove in the lounge, vaulted ceiling in the dining room, quality sanitary ware, oil central heating, double glazing, and neutral decoration.

In summary the accommodation extends to a welcoming reception hallway, formal lounge, open plan dining kitchen, dining room with doors to the deck and three well-proportioned double bedrooms (two with en-suite shower rooms). Completing the accommodation is a three-piece bathroom.

The property enjoys an idyllic position on the edge of the development with an open outlook to the rear across rolling farmland. The front garden is laid to decorative chips with a driveway culminating in the attached garage. The extensive, enclosed rear garden is predominantly laid to lawn with raised deck, shrubbery borders and mature trees.
