For any questions about the information contained in this directory (hardcopy or online), please call our Member Services Department at (800) 776-4466, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, from October 1 through March 31, and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., weekdays (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday), from April 1 through September 30. TTY users should call 711. Blue Shield of California is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Blue Shield depends on contract renewal. The provider network may change at any time.
