Significant Weather Features

♦ The Well Marked Low Pressure Area over western parts of & neighborhood now lies over northwest Vidarbha. The associated cyclonic circulation extending upto mid-tropospheric levels persists. It is likely to move northwestwards and weaken gradually during next 24 hours. It is likely to emerge into northeast & adjoining around 30th September and there is likelihood for the system to further intensity into a Depression over northeast Arabian Sea during subsequent 24 hours. ♦ The Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Northwest Bay of & adjoining coastal areas of persists. The associated cyclonic circulation extends upto mid-tropospheric levels. ♦ The east-west trough continues to run from north to north Coastal across the embedded cyclonic circulation associated with Well Marked Low Pressure Area area over western parts of Vidarbha & neighbourhood between 1.5 km & 5.8 km above mean sea level.
