Situation and Description The land is situated within picturesque countryside between the villages of Broadhempston and and approximately five miles from the market towns of Totnes and .

Water Both lots benefit from a mains water supply from troughs both on the land and in the building.

Electricity There is no electricity supply to the land, although overhead power cables run along the eastern boundary of Lot 2 and it is possible that a connection maybe able to be made subject to appropriate consents and payments.
