THE SHOWMEN’S GUILD EASTER FUNFAIR ON SWANSEA BAY RADIO! MARCH 2016 RULES The following rules (“Rules”) together with Limited’s general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.swansebayradio.wales) apply to ‘The Showmen’s Guild Swansea Easter Funfair’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 21/03/16 to 25/03/16 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Swansea Bay Radio.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1. Details of the Competition 1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to the Swansea Bay Radio Breakfast Show during the promotion period (21/03/16 to 25/03/16). During this time period a Swansea Bay Radio presenter will announce when the Text Message Line opens. Listeners have to send a text message starting with the key word “SHOW” along with their name and where they are from to 66 777 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. 1.2 The Text Message Line for the competition will open for 10 minutes after the presenter has announced the line has opened. Entrants after this will not be included. The opening and closing times of the ‘Text Message Line’ will be given out on air. 1.3 The Text Message Line will open during the Breakfast Show once per day during the promotion period (21/03/16 to 25/03/16). 1.4 All daily entries will go in to a prize draw. Competition execution will take place every morning during the promotion period (21/03/16 to 25/03/16). One winner will be selected at random per day. The drawn entrants will be contacted by telephone and announced on air.

2. Eligibility 2.1 Terms and Conditions of The Showmen’s Guild Swansea Easter Funfair apply. For redemption of prize the winner is to collect their wristbands from the Waltzer fair ride.

3. Prize 3.1 Family pass (up to 4 people) for up to 4 hours of unlimited funfair rides at The Showmen’s Guild Swansea Easter Funfair at The Recreation Ground, Road. Prizes are subject to change. Nation Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute prize to prize of similar value.
