Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd p. 53 Alpha Bank Romania p. 56 < Contents > THE BANK “Accelerating growth” Presentation by the CEO of Alpha Bank Vassilios Psaltis to representatives of the business industry in Crete Vassilios Psaltis. he Alpha Bank Chief Executive Officer Vassilios Psaltis highlighted Greek economy’s important potential, with tourism as T the main engine, as well as Alpha Bank’s active participation in economic growth, while addressing representatives of the business community at an event organised by the Bank on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Heraklion in Crete. Greek economy is finally growing, after a 25% contraction, Mr. Psaltis pointed out, while confidence is gradually restored and private deposits are steadily returning back to the system. He estimated, nonetheless, that the return of growth to pre-crisis levels requires, among other things, consistent yearly growth rates of 3%-4% over the next few years, with a significant increase of incremental investments, which should rise by additional Euro 20 billion per annum, of which Euro 4 billion should go to the tourism industry. < 3 / 56 > THE BANK The growth of tourism has been mostly based on the increase in arrivals, while greater attention is expected to be paid to the average spend per visit as well as the greater length of stay, according to Mr. Psaltis. Crete, which is known for providing quality services, can set an example for the country’s overall tourism growth, and has significantly upgraded its tourism infrastructure and achieving a steadily high occupancy rate. Alpha Bank actively supports growth, invests in modernisation and digital innovation and consistently improves its products and services, in order to meet its Customers’ evolving needs in the best possible way, the CEO said. International Relations expert and Director of Research at the Institute of International Relations Dr. Constantinos Filis analysed, in a presentation titled “Greece in a changing world”, the geopolitical and energy challenges associated with the region and further stressed the importance of ensuring stability for the island’s economic prospects. Executives from the Alpha Bank Financial Products Division presented the latest specialised financial tools available to the Bank’s Business Customers, designed to reinforce healthy businesses’ development plans. It should be noted that Alpha Bank frequently organises events that are designed to provide direct information and to exchange views with businesspersons and institutions around Greece, regarding the prospects of the economy and businesses at national and local level. < 4 / 56 > THE BANK Snapshots from the event. < 5 / 56 > THE BANK i3 innovation and new ideas competition 3, the first innovation and new ideas competition of Alpha Bank, which is addressed to all its Employees, with the key message: I “inspire, innovate, implement”, is now under way. • Hellenic Equities: a New Start-July 2015
Hellenic Equities: A New Start-July 2015 In view of the imminent Hellenic stock market re-opening sometime in the short term future we attempt to re-value our preferred picks and affirm our investment thesis. It is more than obvious that in such extraordinary circumstances with low visibility and high volatility in the market and financial /fiscal operations, any assumptions regarding valuations fall under certain culprits. At the core of our problem lies the Risk free rate crucial for our model. We have utilized both the normalized scenario of 6.50% R.f. rate and the 10.50% stressed R.f. rate to better evaluate our picks. We are obliged to pinpoint that at 11.00% current 10yr Hellenic Government Bond yield both our scenarios fall short. Our fundamental research indicates as top picks in our Hellenic Equities Universe the following listed stocks: Coca Cola Hellenic (CCH), OTE Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (HTO), Aegean Airlines (ARAIG), Mytilineos Holdings (MYTIL), Metka S.A (METK), Hellenic Organization of Football Prognostics (OPAP), Titan Cement (TITK) and Hellenic Exchanges Group (EXAE). Additionally we have a positive view on Motor Oil, Thrace Plastics, Kri Kri S.A, Thessaloniki Sewage Company and Terna Energy S.A from smaller capitalizations. Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling operates largely in a broad geographical area covering the Balkan markets, Russia, certain parts of Europe and Greece. The Company is headquartered in Switzerland, a relocation offering an improved risk- return profile due to the significantly lower risk premium. We expect Coca Cola Hellenic to preserve its strong Cash Flow ability and regard it a safe and value play on Greek Equities.

RESTORING THE HEALTHCARE OF GREECE SOLUTIONS FOR A BETTER TOMORROW 25 JANUARY 2017 09.00-11.00 EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT – ROOM 6Q1 (JÓZSEF ANTALL BUILDING) PROGRAMME WELCOME LETTER Dear participant, European healthcare systems are in transition and so is the Greek healthcare system, since Greece faces one of the most profound fiscal crises in Global history. Healthcare and long term care policies are facing fiscal sustainability challenges mainly due to the high governments’ debts and the budgetary pressure posed by the implementation of cost containment policies. The event “Restoring the healthcare of Greece: Solutions for a better tomorrow” is an attempt to discuss how the Greek healthcare system can reform to better deal with the challenges and to realize the opportunities of tomorrow. Important milestones are on the agenda including the industry’s contribution to deve- lopment and National Economy, the way to tackle ineffective spending in healthcare and how health care systems should adapt to new challenges: fiscal constraints (closed pharmaceutical budget), long term unemployment (74.3% in 2015), the number of unin- sured citizens (2.5 million in 2016), new advanced therapies, the ageing population, and the growing burden of chronic conditions such as cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and cardiovascular disease. Thanks to improvements in living conditions, socio-economic development and medical progress, we live longer than ever before. This is fundamentally a great achievement. However, since the beginning of the financial crisis in 2008, cost containment policies, have focused on medicines rather than healthcare interventions and structural reforms, in order to achieve short-term savings at the expense of structural reforms or long-term outcomes driven sustainable healthcare delivery.
