Scott Miller helps police departments and police officers by defending them against claims of excessive use of force,

malicious prosecution, unlawful search and seizure, and other federal civil rights actions. He also provides expert review of police policies and makes recommendations for best practices.

Fayette County Bar Association Leadership Kentucky, Class of 2018 Scott currently provides representation to the Kentucky State Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Police Troopers, and is panel counsel for the Kentucky Kentucky Competitiveness Council Association of Counties, the Kentucky League of Cities, the Member of Southern States Police Fraternal Order of Police, and the Southern States Police Benevolent Association attorney referral list for Kentucky and Tennessee Benevolent Association. He represents police officers across Fraternal Order of Police Panel Counsel Kentucky in both state and federal courts as well as for Kentucky and Tennessee representing them during investigations of critical incidents in Kentucky League of Cities (KLC) Panel which officers are involved.
