Central Real Estate Limited Acquires the Land Use Rights of Three Land Plots in Huiji , for RMB613 million

(16 February 2016 – Hong Kong) –– Central China Real Estate Limited (“CCRE” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”; SEHK stock code: 832), one of the leading -based property developers, announces that On 27 January 2016, The Group, acquired the land use rights for three plots of land in Huiji District of Zhengzhou city through an auction acquisition process for a total consideration of RMB613 million. The land parcels are located at south of Meiyuan Street, west of Xiangshan Road, Huiji District, Zhengzhou with an aggregate site area of approximately 44,634 sq.m.. CCRE estimates the total expected gross floor area (“GFA”) could be approximately 204,522 sq.m., with an average land cost per GFA of RMB2,999 per sq.m.. This new land purchase will be for mixed-use development, comprising of residential, commercial and carpark.
