Charities and non-profit organizations are forever challenged to maintain a level of funding that enables them to solve long-term, complex social and environmental issues. Within the philanthropic circles, terms such as venture philanthropy, impact investing and social finance are becoming part of the everyday conversation. These forms of social finance are becoming new approaches foundations and other donors are embracing and eager to implement.
