Analysis WASH Cluster Philippines WASH Cluster Strategy for TY Pablo: An effective tool for WASH in Emergencies Typhoon Pablo WASH Cluster Response Bulletin # 4 – May 2013 On January 4, 2013, one month after Typhoon Pablo hit Region XI and CARAGA in Mindanao, the National WASH Cluster released the WASH Cluster Strategy for Typhoon Pablo to serve as a reference and a tool for partner organizations, local government units and communities in addressing WASH needs. An online survey was conducted last May 13-17 to evaluate the usefulness of the strategy and identify areas of improvement.
