5/19/2019 12:00:33AM TO 5/25/2019 11:59:33PM TN0330100 19-048105 5/19/2019 1:00:00AM 91Z Field Interview 5017 Rossville Blvd On 05/19/2019 at approximately 01:05 hours, Officer Caleb Brooks (62866) and PO Michael Estock (82259) responded to a disorder at 5017 Rossville Blvd. Upon arrival officers made contact with the complainant Ms. Ashley Precup (w/f ). Ms. Precup stated that an unknown party described as a black female with a purple shirt and stripped pants was being loud and disturbing customers in the back parking lot of the location. Officers observed an individual matching the party's description walking away from the location outside of Chattanooga Police Jurisdiction. Ms. Precup was informed that if the individual returned to the location to contact us. No further action required. 19-048106 5/19/2019 1:13:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 510 N Parkdale Ave On 05/19/2019 at 01:20 hours, Officer Calvin Cooper (#877) reported a check well being at 510 N Parkdale Ave. Upon arrival I knocked on the front door several times and no one answered. There were no signs of distress. 19-048107 5/19/2019 1:51:00AM 91Z Field Interview 3200 Rossville Blvd On 05/19/2019 at approximately 01:51hours, Officer Caleb Brooks (62866) and PO Michael Estock (82259) conducted a field interview at 3200 Rossville Blvd. Officers made contact with an anonymous complainant and Ms. Brittney Lopopolo. The anonymous complainant stated that Ms. Lopopolo was walking in the street and an unknown male was following her. Ms. Lopopolo stated that she was walking on the side of the street and she did not know the man that was following her. Ms. Lopopolo did state that she did not feel threatened by the unknown male. Officers instructed Ms. Lopopolo to remain on the sidewalk when walking which she stated she would comply. Ms. Lopopolo stated she would comply. No further action required. 19-048111 5/19/2019 1:40:00AM 240 Theft & Recovery/Passenger Vehic 1227 E Main St On 05/19/2019 at 01:55 hours, Officer Hughes, Lance (80776) responded to a Theft & Recovery/Passenger Vehicle at 1227 E Main St. Officers responded to the above location and spoke with victim Patrick Carter. He stated that while going into the gas station to use the restroom a white female with tattoos and short hair asked him for a ride into Georgia. He stated that he was unable to take her and continued into the gas station. Upon returning to the parking lot he discovered the vehicle was gone. He stated that the gas station attendant saw this woman drive off in his car. Mr. Carter did state that he had a cellphone and other miscellaneous items in his vehicle. At 03:15 on 05-19-2019 Officers in Dalton GA recovered the vehicle at 905 Westbridge Rd and removed the vehicle from NCIC. Officers did make an arrest and the owner did pick up the vehicle. For further information reference Dalton PD's report 2019-03396. Nothing further to report. 19-048132 5/19/2019 3:22:00AM 91Z Field Interview Windsor St//N Chamberlain Ave On 05/19/2019 at 03:22 hours, Officer Adam Krystaponis (75508) reported a memo at Windsor St / N Chamberlain Ave. WHile stopped in the 200 block of N Chamberlain Ave, I clocked a white Ford Ranger driving through the 2100 Block of N Chamberlain Ave at 68 mph (in a 30). After stopping the truck at the intersection of N Chamberlain Ave and Windsor st, I spoke with the driver, Mr. Quincy Mills. Mr. Mills was able to provide a valid TN DL, and older insurance cards. Mr. Mills consented to SFSTs, and the SFSTs showed that Mr. Mills was near the legal limit, though possibly not over. Mr. Mills' father had driven past and stopped to make sure he was ok, so his father drove Mr. Mills and his truck from the scene without further incident. No further. 5/19/2019 12:00:33AM TO 5/25/2019 11:59:33PM 19-048179 5/19/2019 9:20:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 2024 E 23rd St On 05/19/2019 at 09:25 hours, Officer J. Billingsley (79518) reported a memo at 2024 E 23rd St. The complainant, David Liner, contacted police because an acquaintance of his took his phone. Upon arrival, I called Mr. Liner's phone and an unknown individual answered. I informed the individual that Mr. Liner wanted his phone back and for him to return to this address. The individual, identified as Steven Stringer, arrived and returned Mr. Liner's phone. Mr. Liner wished to not prosecute and informed police that the incident was "squashed." Nothing further. 19-048198 5/19/2019 2:00:00AM 23F Theft from Motor Vehicle 4806 Renezet Dr On 05/20/2019 at 11:22 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 4806 Renezet Dr. The victim needed to add the serial number to his laptop - 6510TQ2. RMS was updated with this new info, which was taken by phone. 19-048224 5/19/2019 12:30:00PM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 4829 Brainerd Rd On 05/19/2019 at 12:40 hours, Officer Hans Anderson (75367) reported a memo at 4829 Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival, police met with the complainant, Jeanfranco Hudson and his girlfriend, Alexis Henderson. Complainant stated that they were both in a verbal altercation but nothing else happened and police were not needed. No further police action required at this time. 19-048243 5/19/2019 1:30:00PM 91Z Field Interview 300 Belvoir Ave On 05/19/2019 at 13:30 hours, Officer Hans Anderson (75367) reported a memo at 300 Belvoir Ave. Police received a call from an East Ridge Police Officer stating there was a "very aggressive panhandler" at the corner of N Terrace and Belvoir Ave wearing a white t-shirt and shorts, and carrying a backpack. Upon arrival, I, Officer Anderson, did not observe any panhandlers on the corner of the road, but upon driving around the area, I saw a white male matching the description of a the panhandler walking toward N Terrace in the 300 block of Belvoir Ave. I stopped and spoke with the subject, Mitchell Horton, who admitted that he had been at the corner of N Terrace and Belvoir Ave earlier and that an East Ridge Police Officer told him to "get out of here". Mr. Horton told the East Ridge Police that he wasn't even in East Ridge, he was in Chattanooga, at which point the East Ridge Police Officer called dispatch on the radio to call for Chattanooga to respond. I did not observe Mr. Horton panhandling, and he was not carrying a sign with him either. I warned Mr. Horton that he may not interfere with traffic at all, and that if his actions interfere with traffic at all, he may be cited for Soliciting from the Roadway. Police checked Mr. Horton for Warrants, but he was negative for warrants. No further police action required at this time. 19-048254 5/19/2019 1:50:00PM 91Z Field Interview 500 Interstate 75 Sb On 05/19/2019 at 14:00 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) conducted a Field Interview at exit 5 off ramp Interstate 75 South. Police spoke to Mr. Waller due to he was obstructing the roadway at the exit 5 off ramp. Mr. Waller stated he was gathering water for his shelter. A search was performed on Mr. Waller. Police suggested he relocate and not to stand on the ramp. Mr. Waller had no active warrants. Nothing further to report. 19-048265 5/19/2019 2:43:00PM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 3901 7th Ave 5/19/2019 12:00:33AM TO 5/25/2019 11:59:33PM On 05/19/2019 at 14:49 hours, Officer Lancaster #308 responded to 3901 7th Avenue in reference to verbal disorder. Mrs. Pointer reported that she and her brother, Lamarcos Bailey had a verbal disorder and she requested that he leave from her residence. Mr. Bailey was at the residence visiting with their mother. Mr. Bailey left with his wife as asked. No further to report at this time. 19-048285 5/19/2019 3:34:00PM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 1330 E 3rd St On 05/19/2019 at 15:38 hours, Officer Doub (79522) reported a memo at 1330 E 3rd St. Police responded to the above address on reports of a disorder. Police arrived on scene and spoke to Mr. Zion Dujon. Mr. Dujon stated he paid for gas and the clerk entered the wrong grade of fuel for him to use. Mr. Dujon stated the clerk then told him they would have to void the transaction and he would have to place another. Mr. Dujon stated the clerk did not give him a receipt and he wanted to make sure he was getting a refund. Police asked the clerk for a receipt and then gave it to Mr. Dujon. Mr. Dujon left without incident. No further. 19-048353 5/19/2019 7:38:00PM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 1901 Payne Rd On 05/19/2019 at 19:42 hours, Officer Shelor Nicholas (78349) reported a memo at 1901Payne Rd. Upon arrival, I spoke with both parties and they stated that they were drinking earlier and got into a verbal argument. They said that they were only boyfriend and girlfriend and Mr. Stock wanted Mrs. Creagan to leave his residence.
