Editor Presidents Message: Sandy Riekeman 220 W Harry St The combined AFMS/RMFMS Convention and Show in Roswell, New Mexico Wichita KS 67213 was an outstanding success. Show Chairman Frank Whitney, Show Advisor 316-262-7473 Howell Whiting, and all the other members of the Chaparral Rockhounds [email protected] are to be congratulated. The Editors Breakfast and Awards Banquet were excellent with the best attendance in several years. There were 10 RMFMS trophies awarded and I believe 19 AFMS 970-565-6528 trophies. The show had ten quality dealers and the silent auction area had [email protected] very good materials. The field trips during and after the show were well attended and produced some excellent finds. With all the positives about the Change of Address show the thing that stood out the most was the hospitality of the Chaparral Connie Bishop Rockhounds.
