She has led her Mt. Miguel HS team to three straight CIF Div. II titles and to a berth in the CIF Southern Opp under 80 pts 0-1 California finals in 2005. Lead at half 0-0 Tied at half 0-0 What They're Saying About The Bruins: Trail at half 0-2 Fg% .500 or better 0-0 "Let me tell you something, UCLA is everything people have said they are. That’s as fine a group of athletes and basketball Fg% .450 - .499 0-1 players as we’ve played in a long time. They’re very difficult to Fg% .400 - .449 0-1 defend, because they’re not one-dimensional. They can take Fg% less than .400 0-0 you off the dribble, and they can step back and shoot threes. Opp Fg% under .450 0-0 There’s not a lot of girls that can do what those UCLA girls can do for 40 minutes." - Baylor Coach Kim Mulkey-Robertson Opp. Fg% btn .450-.500 0-1 (Waco Tribune-Herald) Opp. Fg% over .500 0-0 "UCLA’s Nikki Blue is a great, great point guard who has Outshooting/tied Opp. 0-0 gotten no major attention. She’s just the second Bruin (joining Outshot by Opp 0-2 Ann Meyers) in school history to record at least 1,300 career UCLA Reb. Adv./Tied 0-0 points and 400 career assists. She led the Pac-10 with 18.8 Opp. Reb. Advantage 0-2 points last season and ranked 12th in the nation in steals and tied for 12th in assists. And she’s going to be a good WNBA With five minutes to play: player." - ESPN's Nancy Lieberman UCLA leads 0-0 "(Lisa) Willis is a bit of a sleeper who may be getting over- UCLA trails 0-2 looked at this point, but I don’t think that will last for long. A lot Game tied 0-0 of people don’t know about her, but she is quick, has good size, has the ability to shoot the outside shot and is a good defensive player. She can put the ball on the floor and she can rebound as well ... It is also my understanding that she was pretty instrumental in this summer’s National Team tourna- ment." - Ann Meyers (WNBA.com)
