The Huntington Ballroom

A timeless setting for up to 650 guests, this spectacular 11,220 square foot ballroom offers your guests a luxurious ambiance with unobstructed views from every table. Nine magnificent crystal chandeliers adorn the 17’ vaulted ceiling. The spacious foyer offers warm accents such as beautiful mahogany china cabinets and a marble entry way which provides direct access to our valet parking when it is time to bid your guests a fond farewell.

The host will facilitate the guests’ pre-selected entrée preferences by invitation response card, provide a guaranteed number of each entrée to the Hotel a minimum of four days prior to the event and provide a symbol on guest’s individual place card indicating the pre-selected entrée choice.

General Information

All weddings hosted at The Langham Huntington, Pasadena are required to provide a professional Hotel pre-approved wedding planner. We will be pleased to recommend a professional wedding planner to coordinate your special day.

CEREMONY FACILITY FEE

THE HORSESHOE GARDEN $4,000 – $7,500

Includes the hotel white garden chairs, staging, a ceremony sound system, two wireless microphones and the related labor and power for the garden.

OUR COMPLIMENTS When you contract The Huntington Ballroom, a suite is yours for two nights, compliments of the hotel. Check in is at three o’clock PM (3:00PM) and check out time is noon (12:00PM). Should you require your complimentary room earlier than 3:00pm, it is recommended that you reserve this room for the evening prior. Your Catering Sales Manager or Meetings and Special Events Manager would be pleased to provide you with a special rate for additional nights.
