Client Webmail Access Instructions If your website is being Hosted by Stones Throw Communications (trading as Alpinelink) you are able to check your emails from any computer that is connected to the internet. Webmail Instructions (for printable version of this document Click Here) To access your emails via webmail please follow the following : 1. Navigate through to your website (you can skip this step and go directly to step 2 if you are comfortable with the process) 2. Once your website has loaded simply add either: /webmail to the end (example: www.yourdomain.com.au/webmail) or /squirrelmail to the end (example: www.yourdomain.com.au/squirrelmail) 3. Depending on which webmail service you choose to use, you will be presented with one of the following login screens Example 1: www.yourdomain.com.au/webmail Enter your email address Enter Your Password Click on Login Click on inbox (if not already there) Example 2: www.yourdomain.com.au/squirrelmail Enter your email address Enter Your Password Click on Login Click on inbox (if not already there) 4. NOTE: If you normally check your emails via an email client such as Outlook Express, Outlook or other similar program. As long as you do not delete the messages when using webmail they will download to your computer next time you check your mail via this method. Any messages deleted when using webmail will not be downloaded to your computer. 5. NOTE: If you are using a public access computer please ensure that you log out properly. If you dont you may leave your account open for the next user of the computer. The system has a failsafe to attempt to combat this inthat if there is no activity within the account for a set period of time the system will automatically log you out. But to be sure you should click on the logout button and then close the browser .
