he Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) was established in 1974 with the intent to assist T Colorado builders with their legislative concerns. Today, CAHB remains more committed than ever to protecting and promoting the homebuilding industry at the State Capitol. The advancement of public policy on your behalf is accomplished by proposing and advocating legislation to advance the industry and opposing legislation detrimental to homebuilding and home ownership. In addition to our efforts at the Capitol, CAHB actively monitors and lobbies all statewide regulatory agencies.
The quarterly Colorado Builder Forum examines issues pertinent to the Colorado home building industry. Every issue contains relevant information that’s vital to our builder and associate members.
The mission of Colorado Builder Forum is to:
• Provide insight into legislative, regulatory, judicial processes, and CAHB actions on issues affecting the Colorado homebuilding industry.
• Provide education and the sharing of local associations homebuilder-related information.
• Educate and enhance the public image of the important role of the Colorado homebuilding industry in the Colorado economy.
Capitol Close-Up CAHB has developed an e-newsletter, Capitol Close-Up. Capitol Close-Up is emailed weekly during the legislative session (January through May) and monthly the remainder of the year.
