Joe Cardarelli enters his fourth season as Cortland’s head coach in 2017-18. Cardarelli has improved the team’s record every year since taking over and has put together the program’s best three-year record since the 1990-93 seasons. He also has coached the program’s first All-American as well as the SUNYAC Rookie of the Year.
