Cricket Australia CRICKET AUSTRALIA Schedule for the WBBL|05 Bounce At-Match Promotion Promotion Name WBBL|05 Bounce At-Match Promotion Promoter Cricket Australia ABN 53 006 089 130 of 60 Jolimont Street, Jolimont, VIC, 3002. Promotion Period The Promotion starts at 12.01am AEDT on 26 October 2019. The Promotion closes at 11.59pm AWST on 27 October 2019. Relevant State(s) Queensland Entry Restrictions Entry is open to residents of Australia, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and all companies and agencies associated with this Competition (including without limitation employees of Bounce Australia Pty Ltd (Bounce). Entrants less than 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian in order to enter. By entering this Promotion, entrants confirm that they have consent, and the Promoter reserves the right to verify this. The Promoter may require written consent from an entrant’s parent or guardian in order to award any prize. Verification Eligible Entrants must retain proof of purchase of their ticket for the Eligible WBBL Match. Requirements Entry Procedure Bounce Party Prize To win the Bounce Party Prize (Prize), the Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) attend an Eligible WBBL Match; (b) visit the Bounce Freestyle Fun Zone; (c) get their picture taken in the Bounce zone via Pixta doing a “freestyle move”; and (d) be determined by the Promoter as the at match prize winner in accordance with the Judging Criteria. Maximum Number of Unlimited Entries Bounce Party Prize Dates and Locations: Allan Border Field Festival Weekend Saturday 26th October to Sunday 27th October Times: 26th October 8:30am – 5:00pm (local time) 27th October 8:30am – 5:00pm (local time) Judging Criteria: The best “freestyle move” taken by Pixta while bouncing in the Bounce Freestyle Fun Zone, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Prize Details Prize No. Available Prize Value (RRP) Bounce Party for 10ppl, consisting of: 1 Up to $340 each (a) 1.5 hours of party jumping ; (inc GST) (b) Host for the party; (c) Party room hire; (d) Food and drinks (NB: Prize winners must bear all other costs) Total Prize Pool Up to $340 (inc GST) Page 1 Cricket Australia Additional Prize Terms Bounce Party Prize (a) All components of the Prize are subject to availability at the time of booking. (b) Any alterations to confirmed details will be at the expense of the Prize winner. (c) Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and all components of the Prize must be taken together and booked as one package. (d) If the winner is under 18 years’ of age the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian for fulfilment as set out in the Prize Restrictions/Exclusions below. Winners are responsible for all costs associated with Prize fulfilment other than those set out above. Prize Age of Winner Restrictions/Exclusions If the Prize winner, or recipient or participant in a challenge or activity conducted in connection with this Promotion is younger than 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of that person must be present for the duration of that event or prize fulfilment, as one of the participants. The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a chaperone to accompany such participants. The participants agree to the chaperone being present with them for the duration of the prize and agree to comply with any reasonable directions or guidelines notified to them by the Promoter or their chaperone. Expenses Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companions) Acknowledgement of Risk By entering the Promotion, and by collecting a Prize, the winner and/or their parent/guardian acknowledge and accept that driving, participating in the Bounce Party and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter and its prize suppliers (including but not limited to Bounce) are not responsible for any losses or other liabilities incurred by the Winner or those individuals accompanying the Winner in fulfilment of the Prize The Promoter (and Bounce) does not guarantee that the winner will enjoy a Prize or be suited to the type of Prize that is offered. Notification and Winners will be announced on bigbash.com.au/wbbl as soon as reasonably practical after a Publication of Winners Prize is awarded. Prize Claim Date and Prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2020. Blackout Dates Winner of the Prize must provide all suppliers with a minimum of 60 days advance notice of intention to redeem Prize. Bookings are subject to conditions & availability (including but not limited to capacity limitations and other restrictions). Eligible WBBL Matches The Eligible WBBL Matches are as follows: Allan Border Field Festival Weekend, Saturday 26th October to Sunday 27th October; • 26th October Adelaide Strikers vs Hobart Hurricanes (Allan Border Field, Brisbane) • 26th October Brisbane Heat vs Perth Scorchers (Allan Border Field, Brisbane) • 27th October Perth Scorchers vs Adelaide Strikers (Allan Border Field, Brisbane) • 27th October Brisbane Heat vs Hobart Hurricanes (Allan Border Field, Brisbane) The Big Bash League fixture is subject to change (including due to bad weather) without notice. The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to change or amend the Big Bash League fixture without notice, and does not accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this Promotion for any reason beyond its reasonable control. Further, the Promoter reserves its right to change or amend any Prize Draw Date where reasonably required. If an Eligible WBBL Match is abandoned, called off, cancelled or postponed for any reason, (including as a result of the Promoter’s wet weather policy), Eligible Entrants will not be able to participate in the Promotion (or the relevant part of the Promotion) and the Promoter reserves the right not to award a Prize in respect of that Eligible WBBL Match. These terms and conditions and the Schedule form the Conditions of Entry for this Promotion, and set out all of the information you need to know regarding this Promotion. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless otherwise stated. If there’s any inconsistency between these terms and the Schedule, then what’s in the Schedule is correct. By submitting your entry, you agree that these Conditions of Entry apply to your entry. 2. The promoter is Cricket Australia (ABN 53 006 089 130), of 60 Jolimont Street, Jolimont, Victoria, 3002 (‘Promoter’, ‘we’, ‘us’). 3. Any updates to these Conditions of Entry will be published on our website www.cricket.com.au/competitions, so it’s important to check these Conditions of Entry regularly. Who can enter … and who can’t 4. The eligibility requirements for this Promotion are set out in the Entry Restrictions. Directors, managers, employees, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families (ie spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent)) are ineligible to enter. How to enter 5. To enter, you must follow the Entry Procedure. 6. We will not accept entries which are incomplete, illegible, or which are generated by computers or other automated means. 7. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry or if, in our reasonable opinion, you tamper or interfere with an entry mechanism in any way. 8. If the Promotion cannot run for reasons beyond our control (for example, infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical failures), we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion. If that happens, we’ll select a Prize winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. 9. All decisions made by us regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Rules about entry content 10. Where relevant, you must take full responsibility for the content of your entry and for ensuring that your entry complies with these Conditions of Entry. When we talk about “entry content”, we mean any content (including text, photos, videos and email messages) that you submit, upload, transmit, publish, communicate or use in connection with your entry into the Promotion. 11. Entries must be your original work. We reserve the right to verify, or to require you to verify, that your entry is your original work. If an entry cannot be verified to our satisfaction, that entry will be deemed invalid. 12. Your entry must not include: (a) any image or voice of any other person, unless you have that person’s permission. If your entry includes this content, you confirm that you have consent from the relevant person; (b) any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent, objectionable or inappropriate (which includes any content involving nudity, malice, excessive violence or swearing); and (c) any content which infringes the intellectual property rights (such as copyright and trade marks) of another person. If you’re not sure whether you have the right to include particular content (for example, recorded music), don’t include it. By including any such content in your entry, you confirm you have the permission of the owner to do so and that this permission allows us to use the entry in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
