TERMS OF SALE
No minimums on blank or imprinted merchandise (excluding custom orders). PURCHASE ORDERS: Please be sure to include the following information: purchase order number, ship to address, bill to address, item number(s), color(s), quantity, in-hands date and third party shipper number (or we will bill for freight). Please explicitly note any drop shipping instructions. We blind ship samples and orders. It is the responsibility of the distributor to inform Clava of any special instructions regarding shipping, packing,labeling, etc. Please email purchase orders to [email protected]. ** All verbal orders must be confirmed via email, fax or PO submission for production to begin. Distributor acknowledges that purchase orders are firm and binding contracts upon issuance. PRODUCTION/LEAD TIME: Blank Merchandise: Immediate delivery of blank, in-stock items. For Imprinted Merchandise: Lead time depends on stock status of product(s). For in-stock items, lead time is approximately 1 business week after art approval. For out of stock items, production time can range 2-12 weeks depending on item(s)/quantity and production schedule. Please contact Clava for more specific information regarding your order. Please note: a virtual proof must be approved for production to begin. Rush Orders: We try to accommodate all rush requests. Depending on stock status and production schedule. Rush fees may apply. Order Changes: Clava will try to accommodate order changed. All order changes must be emailed or faxed and acknowledged by Clava to ensure accuracy. However, if production has already begun, it is the sole responsibility of the distributor to pay for previously approved and personalized items. PAYMENT: First-time customers will be on prepay status until credit is established. Please contact Clava for a credit application. (All first orders are prepaid). Net 30 days will be extended to approved customers. 50% deposit is necessary for all orders exceeding $5000. Production will not begin until deposit is received. A 3% surcharge will be added to credit card payment exceeding $2500. SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Clava ships via UPS or FedEx upon request. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the distributor and will be billed on the invoice unless a third party account is furnished. If an invalid account number is given, an invoice will be created and the shipping fees will be the distributor’s responsibility. If an incorrect address is given that leads to a charge back, an invoice will be created and will be the distributor’s responsibility. Third Party accounts are required for international orders. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the distributor and/or end user. Clava is not responsible for UPS or FedEx service disruptions/delays. DROP SHIPPING: Clava offers drop shipping programs for a fee. Gift boxing and gift wrapping also available. Please contact Clava for more information. RETURNS: Clava will not accept returns of personalized goods for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect. Pre-production samples are non-returnable. Claims regarding quality of product and/or personalization must be made within 5 days of receipt. All other returns must be authorized and a return authorization number will be assigned. Returns must be shipped prepaid to Clava. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval before credit issued. SAMPLE POLICY: Samples are invoiced once shipped. Samples are returnable in unused condition up to 30 days after receiving them. Please contact Clava for a return authorization. Clava does not offer free, random samples.
